Been going here for a few months. Teens working out for free all summer was a little annoying, but I'm leaving a review because how annoying the music is. Weekend nights, maybe 10 people working out. They have the music blaring. We all have ear buds, and I shouldn't be able to hear the gym music over mine.

I've been working out at this location for quite some time now. They have everything I need and the people and staff are friendly. I want to especially shoutout an employee I see there on the weekends, John. When I first started working out there he answered every question I had and his inviting attitude made me and I'm sure many others feel more comfortable working out here. I feel silly sharing this with perfect strangers, but several months ago my girlfriend and I broke up. I've been pretty broken up about it since and even now it preoccupies my mind. I've been keeping to myself mostly and haven't wanted to talk to anyone or even look at anyone for that matter, in almost all areas of my life. I've been really sad, and didn't expect anyone outside my family to notice. That is until yesterday. I walked into the gym and saw John working the front desk, he asked me if I was okay. It caught me off guard to be asked that in the last place I'd expect someone to care. He said he'd noticed I'd been behaving differently, that I was keeping to myself. He thought he had something to do with it haha. I assured him I was fine, but the fact that he checked up on me meant a lot. It was a great reminder that we have an impact on the people in our lives, even if it's just a warm welcome at the gym. Our presence is felt and we are noticed. I can't speak for other gyms, but I can speak for this location, and believe me when I say, the people who work here care.

I am spending the summer in La Grange from Phoenix so I was excited to see that there was a Planet Fitness in town. Phoenix is obviously much larger so clearly I wasn’t expecting the same amenities, but I didn’t expect a huge difference in the level of customer service. There is an older male employee that is extremely rude and unfriendly. He desperately needs an attitude adjustment and customer service training. As far as amenities- Cons: they do not have a “black card lounge,” their relaxation beds are limited to a few and their tanning beds need new bulbs. Pros: the gym & showers are very clean, there are lockers in the gym and in the locker rooms. Response to Owner: I’m pretty sure he is the club manager…

Most of the time, I enjoy going to this gym. However, what I find disrespectful and annoying is that some of the people do not wipe the machines after using them. That’s is just rude and disrespectful to other users. Other than that, I like this gym.

It was clean, professional, friendly and overall a great place to work out! Plenty of equipment, if you have the black card membership (which is $30/month) you can use their hydro bed, massage tables/chairs, and everything else! But for their $10/month membership you can just use their equipment and not their massage stuff. This place has locker rooms and shower areas you can use for free their equipment is really nice they have stairmasters, treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes (two kinds), weight lifting, weight pushing, leg-lifting weights, (etc). And the dollar tree is right next to it so you could walk over and get a sugar free Powerade after your workout😁 would definitely recommend it for your workouts even though it can be pricey. 👍

My daughter went to work out one night and when her car was parked up there someone threw a coke all over the paint. We had just cleaned the car and it was spotless. When my wife asked the Planet Fitness employee if they could look at the cameras and see who did this act they said they would and call her back. Well she had to call them back and I would be willing to say they did not even take the time to look at the cameras. We knew what time it happened and they could have found it quickly. They don’t care about personal property of the patrons.Keep an eye on your vehicles! No answer from them at all!

Facility nice and clean. Well maintained. But I’ve been in other planet fitnesses in other states that required a mask walking in and out. I understand that, but wearing a mask while working out? Everyone one in there had a mask on while on treadmill, lifting weights. I don’t see the reason for that. Restricts breathing. An older gentleman was on treadmill look like he was about to fall over. Hope someone doesn’t get hurt following that rule.
