Got a dozen donuts today for the family to enjoy with breakfast. Everyone described their donuts as dry and stale. These HAD to have been donuts leftover from the day prior.

Rude customer service hardly looked up when we came in the door didn’t say one word to us just kept telling us what was more expensive and didn’t count in a dozen. Donuts were subpar.

Dirty and unsanitary, the lady behind the counter was rude to customers and food tasted stale. we couldn’t have chosen a worst place for breakfast.

This is a classic donut shop, with the looks and smells to match. Nothing industrialized. It reminds you of the mom-and-pop stores, with bags of flour at the back and heavy duty mixers that signal hard work. Donuts are as expected, with that good fried flavor donut lovers crave for. They have a good selection of other pastries and hot foods but I suggest you stick to what their name is: Donuts.

Rude & Total rip off! Go to Acme across the street. Donuts had thin layer of frosting so decided on apple turnovers. They weighed nothing with barely any filling when I took a bite. Just pastry. He cut it open to show inside said that's how they make and sell them now and handed me the bag back.

Quick review- This place is not a little "main ave" pastry shop or coffee hang out .. This place is basically Dunkin before they started out sourcing to an off-site bakery warehouse for their doughnuts and got huge like they are today ... Same exact set up in here . Still bake everything here .. So ignore most of the reviews.. Basic good stuff.. nothing fancy so you have to understand that going in a place like this .. Good donuts . Good coffee.. Older couple runs it so don't be in a rush and be polite.. Now I'll leave my true review below lol.. I've passed the place for years and finally stopped in .. before I went in I checked out their reviews on here real quick and I read a ton of bad ones.. at first I was hesitant but then like f it .. I'm glad I did decide to go in and not leave based on reviews ... I got a sausage egg and cheese, coffee and few different type of donuts.. I wanted to try a little of everything .. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I liked it . Yes the egg and sausage are microwaved . But so are Dunkin and Starbucks.. I didn't realize this was a franchise business and started a long time ago here by the same owners . The older couple that work in there.. Basically reminds me of Dunkin from the 90s .. Same original everything from the 90s.. Was like walking back into time for me .. So you have to expect good basic items .. nothing fancy here .. Same time ,these donuts are very good ..

They rip you off. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. The older woman rung up $4.29 on the cash register. I handed her a $10 bill and 30 cents in coins. Expecting $6.01 change she handed me $4.00 and when I tried to explain that she owed me another $2.00 she told me I was only getting $4.00 and proceeded to yell at me. Furthermore the place is very dirty and needs to be inspected by the health department. I

Would give zero stars if I could. I brought in 2 refill mugs asked for a 2 large, was charged 10 bucks. I would have argued about it but the nice older lady didn't seem to speak English well, she said they were extra large. Lost my business forever.

I asked for the English Muffin with ham, egg, and cheese. I couldn't believe this but she opened the microwave, and surprisingly found an old ham, egg, and cheese mixture, in a plastic bowl, probably heated up who knows how long ago or for who, grabbed it and slapped it on my English Muffin. Handed it to me with a smile. It says cooked to order on the menu and features a beautiful sandwich there. I was at such a loss for words I didn't even argue it. Never going back.
