Veneda and Nicole were great! I came to them with a handful of urgent matters and was very stressed about it. What could have taken hours of my time turned out to be far less cumbersome because they came up with a gameplan to most efficiently get what we needed done. I cannot thank them enough!!

8 customers in line one teller who was the slowest, the teller was closing out a checking account for a customer with people waiting in line. Shouldn’t that be handled with the employees on the floor and not tellers with a line full of customers? I guess this bank isn’t so convenience after all.

If you only have the drive through open with 2 tellers why are your hours so restricted? During the summer season. I think you can afford 8:30 am to 5pm.

Drive up banking is poor. 2 tellers for 4 lines I just spent half hour waiting... I am a senior ...so I don't want to go inside. Otherwise a great bank

I don't have an account with them, but I needed to cash in a paycheck. They didn't check my id, and even worse they did not inform me of a 7 $ surcharge for not having an account with them, they just took it out of the cash I recieved. When I got home I noticed I was short so I went online and only there I found out about the 7$ surcharge. Any other bank that I used before always told me about any surcharges, but not this one.
