They never have my size (W-11), that is why I give 4 stars. The store is always very neat and clean. The music is at a great volume. Associates are ALWAYS ready to help. They always have a sale on toddler shoes!! I rack for my daughter all the time!!!!

This is the first DTLR I’ve been in where literally no one speaks to you when you walk in. One guys flirting with the next the one behind the counter just looked at me and looked away. I actually needed help for a birthday gift but I turned around and left because I felt like I wasn’t wanted in there. I see why it’s always Empty when I drive past. Off to a new location I go

The black men manager and young girl staff seem very unfriendly and try to hide the new realease Jordan 1 Low by bring it inside when peoples asking about it. Need to improve service.

The staff was fine, I didn’t appreciate having to wait almost 10 mins for the mgr to decide he was ready to come from the back to check me out. I don’t appreciate having to wait to give you MY money especially when the store was empty. Let alone that curt and poor manor in which my transaction was handled. Almost like it was an inconvenience to him...

Apart from being acknowledged upon entering the store the customer service needs improvement. It was very quiet due to no music playing, but the employees were talking as if they weren’t at work. I know that the young lady behind the counter cursed her mother out the night before, how whoever made the schedule was trying to cut peoples hours etc. And it seemed like I was a burden when asked for shoes for my mother. They all congregated at the register just chit chatting.

I have been in this store multiple times and the level of customer service is poor. It always seems to be a burden on the employees for them to go look for a shoe, and then you have to go find the person to get an answer out of them. Customer service is much better at the DTLR location in the Prince Georges Mall.

Over this past weekend I was very disappointed how the Manager Monica handled a customer concern. I was originally in Springfield and wanted a particular shoe to be sent from her location to Springfield. When the Manager from Springfield called the Manager in Greenbelt she said she would not be sending the shoe due to going out of town for a company event. That response in itself is poor customer service. It took for another employee at the Springfield location to call back to Greenbelt, which then Manager Monica had a sudden change of heart to send the shoe. This was something that could've been handled in a mature manner, if only the Manager at Greenbelt had realized the request was apart of her job description in giving good customer service. The shoe is a gift for my childs birthday. No parent or family member should feel as if doing something for a child is too complex or be disrespected in the process of getting the childs needs met.
