Customer service was terrible. There was one male who actually helped us. There were about 6 employees but they were more worried about relationship drama than helping people. When we went to check out the employee barely even paid attention to us. She kept conversing with another store associate while checking us out. I will think about returning if there are new employees.

Shoe Show was okay but what made it better was the associate Tee. He made sure that we had everything we needed. He helped both of my daughters with their purchases.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this location and was given the worst service. One day later I realized after my foot starting hurting that there was not insole in that shoe. So I called the store and was told to call back after 10 minutes I called back after 10 minutes and was met with an attitude that was supposed to be the manager he stated that at the time of the transaction both insoles were in the shoes and that it was me that was trying to get one extra insole which does not make any sense that I would call in for just for one insole. Never going to go there EVER again. Please be aware of these crooks. If you decide to buy make sure you get the insoles with your shoes.
