Traveling from NC to Belair, Md on a Saturday to visit family. We had some plans that were time sensitive. Our van started feeling a bit strange after a lot of stop and go traffic. We pulled off the highway into this shop. I explained our situation to Ehabb who told me to pull the van up near the shop bays and they'll take a look at it. As busy as they were, they took the time to look at it quickly. Assessed the issue and ordered the parts. Alonzo then went under my left front wheel well, in 90 degree heat, on the parking lot, the whole time being friendly, polite, and very helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is after being in the auto service business my whole life, and pricing the next day, their parts prices were a bit high. Worth the extra money to get us back on the road safely and quickly enough to save our family plans for the day. Ehabb and Alonzo, we can't thank you enough for your professionalism in handling our potentially horrible experience.

I came here for my almost flat tire. They found the nail and patched it fast for me. $35 I think is a little high but within standard prices and I appreciate how fast they are so I think it evens out.

DO NOT GO HERE. The manager does not keep his word and overcharges loyal customers. Not pleased with their service. Was better under different management. Reputation of this place has gone down hill the last year.

Dave the manager, along with the other employees were quite hospitable. My sun roof was clogged and one of the employees cleared it. Dave had given me a price, and when I was ready to pay, he said it was ok. I asked him twice if he were sure, and he said YES. That was my blessing for the day 😂.

Been twice for MD vehicle safety inspection. They dont charge extra for SUVs. 4 stars because the first time I had to wait an hour 45 min for them to do my car but my second visit was fast. Idk how their body work or mechanical skills are

I've had my alternator and starter replaced here. You can bring your own part which other places don't let you do. I worked in dealerships for 10+ years and these guys are a lot cheaper. They also don't overcharge you. I brought my car in on a Thursday to be worked on Friday. They called 20 minutes after I dropped off and said it would be done today. Not even an hour later it was done. They will continue to get my business.

They’ll cheat you and take your money every way possible. I tried to explain the manager, who didn’t care to be helpful, was very rude, inconsiderate and misogynistic. I’ve never had any problems pumping gas, now per manager “I should go away and learn to pump gas” or maybe should they fix them their station and stop cheating people of their money. I’ll definitely report them.

DO NOT take your car here!!! This place was recommended to me back in 2012 and I initially went there for a simple oil change to test them out. They did a good job and customer service was great on this very simple service. So, I continued to take my car there. As a loyal customer, I thought they were doing their best work at a good rate. A new manager was hired to run the shop "Mack" and things soon changed, or at least the truth was soon realized. Almost 5-years later, my 2005 Jeep needed major repairs (new engine) and they worked with my car warranty company to "repair" my car. However, 1-month later I'm still having problems and the car is no where near repaired (check engine light still on, leaks, oil pan needs replacing, etc.). I recently got a second opinion on the work that they "completed", and let's just say these problems are going to cost me more money, time, and energy to full repair their botched job. The one star is for their level of customer care, but don't be fooled into believing they are complete experts. It's all an act to keep you coming back for repeat problems in the near future. They are truly over priced for the level of work that they can do.... Stick to doing oil changes guys!!!

Horrific experience that lasted over 3 miserable months. It started when my car broke down (the engine broken) and my car was towed to the nearest auto-shop, which happened to be this place. The staff seemed to be reasonable and friendly, and I wasn't expecting good news anyway. They explained it would cost me roughly $2,000 dollars to get my car up and running again. I promptly agreed thinking that although in some situations I would just chose to total the car... that it would be be cheaper to repair my car than to buy a new one. $2k later I pick my car up, it's not working. I take it back in (still trusting them)... and they tell me the clutch is messed up... another $600 later... I pick it up, am driving it away... and it will barely get down the highway... I take it back in (at this point feeling helpless and scared) and they tell me my brakes have gone bad. Upset I ask why my brakes had been working fine two days prior. They say that the brakes were down to the rodors and must have just "gotten that bad", with no choice I shell out additional money thinking this would be the last time I would ever see them... Pick up my car and two days later my engine is revving at stoplights and whenever I put my car in neutral. I take it in and they tell me another $150 later I can get some hose replaced (can't remember which one)... Regardless, instead of being honest they led me on a merry chase while they ran me for every dollar I had. I could have a reliable car, and instead, $3 thousand dollars later I can barely make my commute into D.C. for work. Absolute nightmare. Although the staff (seem friendly) and I would recommend this place for an oil change, they are ABSOLUTE crooks when it comes to anything serious. BEWARE.
