This is the worst subway I ordered a salad and the amount that I received was not sufficient I asked for my money back and the manager told me it was not her fault and she is not giving me my money back and she will not make me a new salad. The young lady how help me was very nice but the “manager “ Kamala needs to be retrained she is extremely unprofessional

I often take my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are flavorable and the team is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a lovely evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

They refused to apply discount that are posted onsite. No six inch discount for foot long sandwitches. Avoid this place going forward!

I gave one star because I had to just to leave a review. Customer service skills are terrible. There is one guy that is always rude NO matter what. He is tall, glasses and has dark hair. He likes to roll his eyes and act like I am disturbing him. Plus they forgot my cookies I tried to call them and they NEVER answered. Where is the customer service?? We won't be back at all.

forgot the closing time of the mall and I walked in about 30 minutes *after* close and Fatima still made my order without hesitation. Above and beyond if there ever was an example of it.

Was just at the Subway on 7698 Belair Rd at Beltway Plaza, and this location has just lost a customer forever! No one in my family or company will ever purchase from this location again. Additionally, I will be letting the corporate headquarters know, as this kind of business owner gives a bad name to the company's chain. I have frequented Subway in many locations in and around the Baltimore area for years. I have never had a problem with other Subway locations. But this location is consistently cheap with add on's, rude to customers, and very condescending. I encourage any business owner to go to this location and take notes on "What NOT to do if you want to stay in business". The business at this location will not last long. You'd think for $12.00 they could afford to spare a few onion slices and more than 6 olives on a footlong sub. I asked if they could add a few more olives and was charged .60 cents more. Attached you can see what I got for my $12 bucks. Will NOT be back.
