Best fast food restaurant in Greenbelt, Maryland (MD) 2024

Outstanding employees! Delicious subs! My husband and I went to this location on 3/19/22 around lunchtime. We've never been to Jersey Mike's before. From the minute we walked in, the experience was amazing. The staff greeted us enthusiastically, making us feel welcome and waited patiently while we looked at the menu. We ordered the Big Kahuna, regular size, one beef, one chicken. Both were delicious! We went again on 3/20/22 around lunchtime. I had hoped the same employees would be there since the service was so excellent. They weren't but the new (to us) employees were just as wonderful and welcoming. We ate inside this time and they brought our food to the table and were very engaging. Whoever is doing the hiring - GREAT JOB! The food was delicious but the employees really put the cherry on top! ~Julie

They gave me rotten chicken in my wrap. I open it and smelled it from away. Stay away from this location ~Lisa

The food is actually good four stars ⭐️. The restaurant staff and cleanliness is negative but in order for me to be able to post I have to give it one star. There was about 10 cars on the drive thru so we went inside to see if it would be faster. Once inside I saw why the long line at the drive thru. All the employees were playing around laughing and just walking around. The manager was trying to tell them what to do but no one listen. One of the girls had a sweatshirt on the back with a kid giving the finger. So when she turned around it seems as if she was giving the customers the finger. The bathroom smell like pot and was dirty. Not a good place to come eat. ~Roger

There was a line but that’s typical and there wasnt no forks, knives, or spoons available inside when the cashier told me he put some in the bag when i brought it to his attention. There wasnt a problem for me but a guy had to wait while people passed him because they ran out of beans but im sure that happens often. Satisfied with the food i got plus i got points toward free food using the chipotle app on my phone. ~Rello
