There customer service is garbage. Granted the mistake was my fault and the way the app was set up but I tried to call for 30 minutes to correct the error couldn't get anyone finally got someone that could barely muster out hold on then waited another 10 minutes with no help.

They have gone down hill. They Stopped making their meatball subs that were some of the best & Subway dropped their seafood subs with old bay so I Don't go there anymore either. You guys could be making a killing if You had the right management.

Went in this location a few days ago while I was shopping. The food is always good but I received customer service from the entire staff. All the guys working that day were really friendly.

Came in to buy a sandwhich but didn’t know which one I wanted to choose. Jorge and Derrick where working the time I came in and recommended the chipotle chicken sub and it was worth it. Them gentlemen did a good job helping me pick a good option

I’m a huge fan of “Jersey Mike’s” and not just for their great sub’s; it’s the people that work their that have made my experiences in the different spots I’ve been to enjoyable. I went into the one in Greenbelt yesterday morning and was met with a great vibe. A young lady named Claudia showed me great customer service and patience (I’m a little tedious with how I like my sandwiches, lol). So thanks Jersey Mike’s and Claudia for a great experience.

Outstanding employees! Delicious subs! My husband and I went to this location on 3/19/22 around lunchtime. We've never been to Jersey Mike's before. From the minute we walked in, the experience was amazing. The staff greeted us enthusiastically, making us feel welcome and waited patiently while we looked at the menu. We ordered the Big Kahuna, regular size, one beef, one chicken. Both were delicious! We went again on 3/20/22 around lunchtime. I had hoped the same employees would be there since the service was so excellent. They weren't but the new (to us) employees were just as wonderful and welcoming. We ate inside this time and they brought our food to the table and were very engaging. Whoever is doing the hiring - GREAT JOB! The food was delicious but the employees really put the cherry on top!
