The Landover, MD facility is terrible. The consistently fail to deliver packages. The drivers say that they "attempted" to deliver, but simply lie. They have done this to me several times. They have also purposefully "damaged" packages to avoid delivery attempts. They are an absolutely horrible facility and give UPS a bad name. For UPS leadership, you are losing business because you allow this facility to represent you. Please send someone who actually cares about your corporate name to actually inspect this facility.

The driver for SE DC Mississippi Ave is lazy nd need another job bc whom ever has lied two days in a row about an attempt delivery nd if they had attempted they would see there is no reason not to drop off my packages there is no building or gate to access to get to my doorstep just 10 steps from the curbside. I’ve called several time nd no one helps

I arrived at this location and the customer service is surprisingly so much better than I have experienced in the past. They took my tracking information and I got my items and was out the door in 10 minutes tops.

I arrived at this location and the customer service is surprisingly so much better than I have experienced in the past. They took my tracking information and I got my items and was out the door in 10 minutes tops.

This is the second time they said a package was delivered but it wasn’t! I work from home how can a package say delivered but I can’t find it!! This never happens with my Amazon or FedEx packages

Customer service is absolutely horrible....Even after the fact the manager can never be talked to or you cant get in contact with them. They over work you and under pay.They even tried to make me work with covid knowing i had it and was sick...then then sent me my last check four months later express mail that had to be void the next day which is Ironic...Landover facilities preferably

I paid an extra $13 to have a package overnighted to me as I will be boarding a flight at 6:15pm today. A delivery notice was placed on my door to say that a delivery attempt was made and it wasn’t. The driver DID NOT knock on my door. At all. I purposely sat in my living room to wait for this package. I need this to go out of town and will now run the risk of having to re-book my flight to wait for this package. I will lose $400 all thanks to the senseless driver who had no decency to KNOCK ON MY DOOR!!!!

Excellent service from beginning to end! I came in to ship sneakers I sold and all the employees who I engaged with were polite and willing to help. Even teamed up to package my sneakers...lol I will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

They lost my package. I called several times and was told that the package would be delivered the next day and it wasn't. I would call back again and get the same story by a different representative. This went on for 5 days until I was finally told it was lost. This affected my business, and delayed medical treatment for patients. I now have to fight to be refunded for the items lost. This process has been frustrating and was handled unprofessionally by several UPS workers. Why is allowed to happen, and on top of it, why do they repeatedly lie! I had to come back to this review. I just read through the customer reviews below and this is a serious issue! I am reading that packages are be lost consistently or stolen. This is illegal, and needs to be handled legally. I am not going to sit still on this one!

UPS provides the poorest service people in the U.S. and I don't know why people just use it. I was expecting a delivery from UPS yesterday. The packages NEVER arrived. What’s crazy is the fact that I actually saw the UPS truck in my apartment complex but the driver NEVER attempted delivery. I received a delivery exception notice indicating that delivery was attempted. A FLAT OUT LIE!!! I was actually standing on the porch of my apartment complex and speaking to UPS on the phone when that delivery attempt message was sent. Also, these packages were purchased through Amazon, so no signature was required and there is no lock on the front door of my apartment building. There was absolutely no excuse for the UPS driver not to deliver my packages. Also, the delivery time changed from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. When 9:00 PM was approaching, I called UPS. The overseas UPS representatives are really no help at all. They have no idea that some Americans are sneaky and lie about doing their jobs. So their concern for escalating a complaint to a supervisor is nonexistent. Watch out for the UPS drivers from the Landover, MD location. They are dishonest and lie about making delivery attempts. My purpose for this review is to warn potential customers and not to receive a “we’re so sorry for the inconvenience” reply from UPS. I’m sure these lying UPS drivers are NEVER reprimanded for the delivery attempt lies!!’
