I love this Family Dollar. As soon as you walk in the store, someone is greeting you. They're always stocked, shelves are clean, and straitened. Sometimes I have to make myself drive by without stopping. The staff are very friendly. Wish I was good with names to give a shout out. Keep up the good work everyone!

Sometimes the lines are long, but they are better than they used to be. They will open up all three registers. Very good 😊

Now this place right here I promise you has the worst customer service ever what gives the employees the right to threaten a customer especially a man at that I this place is definitely not suited for children because if the behavior of the employees this place needs new management and employees

UPDATE: The store was almost empty so I expected better customer service. I asked about liquid spray starch. The two young women said it'd be on aisle....I went back & didn't see it. I then see one worker walking down another aisle. She could have easily walked back there to show me. Do workers not do that anymore? After almost slipping & tracking soap in my car, I told the worker that the pkg space need to be cleaned up. A lawsuit waiting to happen. This is probably the only location in the Landover area I'll support. The other locations are terrible. I can't say I've ever had a problem at this store. Hopefully, they'll keep up the good work.

Always have what I need. Stays fully stocked and very friendly staff. I just wish they had more lines open, but they are pretty fast

I like the Family Dollar Store 7341 Landover Road, Landover , Maryland the Customer service there is Great and i choose this store all the time to shop in and it is well stocked. 👌🏾

I was able to find everything I needed. The check-out line was fast and smooth. The cashier lady was friendly and sweet. I would shop her again

There is a is lack of staff. In the evenings, there's ALWAYS one register open with the line going all the way down the aisle. Don't expect to get cash back from the register if you're using a debit card. The manager is horrible! He will curse at you if you ask to many questions. They use trash bags when they run out of bags in the store. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this store.

Worst Store ever they need help with everything in this store oh and dont try and call corporate to complain because they will lie and tell you that there getting the district manager involved but there not the same people still work here you havethe same problems from the last location and it is said because some people in the area for them this is the closet and most convenient store to go to They made this new location bigger and more convenient for the customer but its not i have been there several different times and there was one register open but about 3 people behind the register and three more walking around with the line being half way down the aisle they all are rude except one gentleman he is always nice and polite he is very quite but the others there they have no customer service skills Do i think this review will do anything either no but at least i can warn you or at least give you what to expect when you vist this location
