My household goods were recently moved from Maryland to North Carolina through this company and I was very satisfied with the services! They did everything from packing my house to unpacking in the new location. My requested dates and times were honored, and when changes needed to be made, I was notified. This was the first time I've had a company pack and move my things and would absolutely do so again. There were a couple items broken in transit, but the moving crew gave me all the information I needed to submit a claim and they were helpful in getting my furniture set up. Very friendly movers who took great care with our belongings!! BUT we were originally GUARENTEED a delivery date which has since come and gone with ZERO updates on when are things will be delivered so we are sleeping on the floor with none of our belongings. Very unprofessional, unresponsive and makes fake promises on delivery date.

Very clean .professional looking place .great equipment.man almost make man move to the dc area ..if the employees equipment looks this good , well have to wait till in the morning to see what they drive. Thatll show if they get paid well or not ..old movers scouting trick 😒😉

The absolute WORST company to deal with. When they packed my house it took them 8 hours (I had a one story/was our first house so not a lot in it at all) because one of the movers was on his phone the entire time. They broke a glass and made me clean it up and did not report it or apologize, and once they started getting tired stopped caring about my stuff. Man handled my large pieces of furniture and told me they could probably deliver everything the next day. What a joke that was because it's two weeks later and I haven't gotten a thing. My coordinator for the move had not called me once, so I had to get a different person, and I was guaranteed a delivery date and the NIGHT BEFORE the delivery was supposed to take place someone called me and pretty much said they didn't know why no one told me but it would be delayed another day because another client changed their plans. FINALLY the day it was coming is here and I was told between 1-3 because they wanted to drop someone else's off first and at 4:30 called to ask where they were and they said they were still an hour away. No call. Nothing. The moving coordinator called me to ask how delivery was going and I had to be the one to tell her they weren't even here yet. THE WORST COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MOVING WITH THE MILITARY.

Terrible Company. My family moved to the Baltimore area and used Interstate. The truck driver was in a hurry to get another load so he threw my stuff in storage to empty his truck. Interstate will not schedule a drop-off out of storage until after items are placed in storage, even though they were given the move in date months in advance. This means that my children were sleeping on floors for 12 days in an empty house, while the company got to charge storage fees and make more money. I will never use this company again and I will petition all other military members conducting a move to avoid them as they as well.

Don't use them if you value your things. They will load up your stuff in their truck and refuse delievery until they receive more money. Its a scam.
