I Only had my items in storage for four months, at the Walker Mill Road location, but it was a great experience from the start. EVERYONE I encounter at this location was very professional, helpful and very nice. Even the people who was filling in from another location. I would definitely use this location again.

Just want to share my experience that I had with Miss Tony Lewis she helped me with my situation concerning my unit I asked her was she a manager at this location she told me no she's assisting at another location I replied back to her she should be the manager here she would make a great leader in your company thanks for all the great customer service

People do great work in providing good on-site customer service. I feel it’s very unfair to the people that are working there because they are very short staffed. So when you patronize facility you need to be a little understanding that they are short staffed.

I had a very pleasant experience this morning as I received assistance from "Mo" at the Extra Space Storage at the Walker Mill location. Mo was very polite, professional and helpful. I had an issue that I brought to her attention and mentioned that I would be in touch in the next few days. She was proactive and stated that we didn't need to delay, that she could handle it today. My thought was "it's a Saturday and not normal business hours that I would have to wait" but she was forthcoming and handled the situation. I'm very grateful with the service I received and I recommend that she receive the highest accolades from her employer. Thank you Mo!

I didn’t rent today but I had to say how wonderful Ebony Luckett was during my visit. She displayed knowledge of the units, showed me the u it’s I. A very professional and very patient manner after working with another customer.
