Been here a couple of times. The food is great Honestly. Customer service is always great as well and I go during the lunch rush so that should tell you something. As for most places, order in person. It’s always best to order In person to get your order right.

The food was luke warm and they are stingy with both meat and veggies. Plus they don't secure the top on your food all the way. Just make sure you bring an extra bag in case theirs need reinforcement. 3 stars because some of the staff was decent.

Store says they open at 10:30am, been waiting since 10:00am. 11:03am the staff still was sitting around conversating after I watched 3 other customer not including myself walk up to the door after 10:30am. All of us ended walking off, I went across to chick Fila. Bad lazy employees, all seems to be Latin ladies just hanging around.

Avoid ordering online!! If you give them the chance, they will get your order wrong. On my most recent order they substituted corn for the sour cream I chose. My bowl was dry af and cold by the time it took to pick that sh*t out. This keeps happening. I should know better by now.

This chipotle sucks. I would give it ZERO stars if i could. They never have any ingredients. And always destroy orders, and catch attitudes when you correct them. They didnt even chop up the peppers and onions in my food. They were the size of my fist. The rice was also hard and my tortillas were not fresh. Not to mention they didnt have any napkins, or any utensils. This location should be shut down!!!

The chips are ALWAYS stale. You get a teaspoon of vinaigrette in that huge container. Your food is usually under seasoned, poorly cooked, or salted to all get out. Very disappointing location, even with employee turnover.

This restaurant quality has gone DOWN! They barely give any meat, and the fajita veggies are barely cooked. Don't get my started on the quantity of dressing in the cup (the amount is getting less and less). My desire to eat at this location is null. Figured I'd give them one more try, but I'm not satisfied nor content with this meal. Such a waste of money.

I dont know if it is because I'm fat, white, or the guy thinks because a person doesn't want much rice they don't want more of other stuff. I went here to get my skinny 80 year old mother a bowl ( being diabetic she can't have a lot of rice) and I had to ask him to put more chicken on it he barely put any on. I watched as he did other people order and he loaded them down with meat. Ridiculous the service you get for the price.

Given the wrong order from when I ordered online. The chipotle staff was very confident that it was my order in the bag but when I got home it wasn’t. They’re support system is wack! I still haven’t gotta a refund or my issue resolved
