First of all, the gentleman taking my order this morning was extremely nice and chipper. However, I went through the drive-thru this morning at Bel Air (Jack Lane location) and ordered sausage crunchwrap breakfast combo. I asked for hot sauces and ketchup with order. Gentleman said they had no ketchup--no big deal. I got order and asked if hot sauces in bag and gentleman said yes. I checked and there were no hot sauces and there was also no hash brown which is to come with the combo. I paid full price for the order, too. I stayed at the window for a minute or 2 hoping he would come back but he never did. So I had to drive off. I am disappointed as Taco Bell (and not just this location) seems to not be able to get orders correct or complete. The Bel Air (Baltimore Pike) location is even worse and I stopped going there at all. Taco Bell should wonder why they are not as popular as other food chains. A little overhaul may help.

Mobile order, grab n go from counter, very odd experience with employee's daughter and disciplining while trying to figure out my order. All of these reviews are wrong. They were very pleasant and polite. This is the best Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. And we go to a lot of Taco Bells. Hip hip hooray!

Bought 3 taco supreme they did not put any tomatoes on them and everyone in there was so unprofessional also bought burrito supreme and burrito was not even folded right everything was leaking out when unwrapped! One of the worst taco bell ever went too and this is normal at the new taco bell in churchville behind the Farm store. 3 year old Child running around behind counter too.

Been here about a dozen times. It's close to the house and when it's late I go. Each time it progressively gets worse. Today I paid $33 for 2 Baja blasts and 10 soft tacos... and the tacos were as cold as my Baja blast. I will drive the extra mile from now on to avoid this horrible place.

I was here few weeks ago and they said they don't take American Express, which I found very odd since I have used American Express at other Taco Bell locations. And just now there's a sign that says now open till 1:00 a.m. and it is only 12:10 am and they are closed.

I ordered a beef power bowl and a chicken power bowl. Container was only half full compared to past purchases which had twice as much. I was very disappointed. I would of returned but with the price of gas and the fact that I live 15 minutes away I did not return.

Do not come here. You will wait an hour for food. I understand the food service industry is low on manpower. But. Stop taking customers if you know they will wait a year. It's not fair to your employees, it's not fair to your customers. The whole idea of keeping the drive thru orders coming but then making those cars just park to wait a millenia is mind boggling. I'm not the only customer that had this frustration where people just left after being paid.

A number of people had placed orders and had waited more than 20 minutes. The couple in front of us had been waiting to speak to any employee but they seemed troubled to even acknowledge the person waiting. I was beginning to place mine but went elsewhere after witnessing this. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

If you have a child, friend, relative that was working at Taco Bell in Hickory tonight, tell them how proud you are of them and give them a hug. Especially the manager. Line at the drive through, online orders, GH, DD and UE orders. Online order diners yelling at the staff for how long it was taking. Manager came right out and asked, “ Please do not yell at my staff. I apologize for the long wait but we are under staffed and really trying to work as fast as we can.” I wanted to make sure they knew I am personally very proud how they all handled themselves. I’ve been working Customer Service/Administration for all my life and just the way they handled the situation at their age was definitely worth posting. 😊
