My
Filthy. Equipment all over the floor. Machines WAY too close to each other and are decades old and barely work. Look like high-school gym equipment that was donated back in 1970. Gym membership is way expensive So there's no excuse to not have up to date equipment.

Great equipment, they even have the lat pullover. Unlike gym equipment such as planet fitness's, this machinery feels natural to body anatomy movements.

Owner is a great guy. Great staff, always friendly. Clean and spacious with 2 floors of equipment. Equipped and well maintained. Just a great atmosphere all around. Prices are reasonable and the hours are accommodating. not open 24 hours though.

Great environment and alot of equipment to choose from. With cardio upstairs and weightligting downstairs. Its perfect.only Downside is some equipment is placed too close for some people comfort. I dont mind either way but its good to note. Some extra notes. Full locker rooms w showers, sauna, dedicated wrestling/boxing/mma training room, nicely basketball court. Thats not all the extras but this is getting to long. 9/10!

First gym I joined, had no idea what to do, they made me very comfortable and walked me through everything. They have cool classes also, I do yoga and love it cause they suggested it. Wonderful staff. I'm completely sold on the place. Clean, great equipment. It was suggested to me and I'm thankful for it!

How can you let some people from Lackawanna County join your gym but not others? My daughter and her boyfriend were turned away because they supposedly lived to far away 20 minutes was too far. Yet they accepted other new members from the same County. This place is a joke. Bad business.

A very nice gym. I've been going there for a few years now. Everyone is friendly. My only issue is with that elderly woman that babysit's the kids, I get sick and tired of smelling her nasty cigarette smoke when I walk thru the front door. If I don't have to walk thru someone else's cancer smoke then the gym is perfect. Please make her smoke around back or something.

I've been a member here since 2007. I haven't left because there is no reason to! I love it here! Larry the owner is friendly and helpful; my fellow members are equally as friendly. I work out as early as 5am, and as late as 8pm depending on the day. Equipment is clean and functional, lots of dumbbells, barbells and plenty of cardio equipment too! As a focused athlete, I am in to put my work in - but you will find the occasional social butterfly. I like to use the tanning facilities occasionally; while the end result is the same (getting a tan), I wouldn't compare the tanning facilities to an actual tanning location. The rooms are small and hot, no ventilation. IMO, this could use an improvement. The locker room (I can only speak for the female side) is CLEAN, roomy and has clean shower facilities with changing rooms. Thanks for an awesome facility, Larry!
