Love name brand liquidation if ya got the time ya can find all sorts of great home renovation materials toys for the kids and alot of home decor.... Check it out I'm sure you'll find a sweet deal on something in this store. I spent 124.00 there today but if I went to Lowes and Walmart my purchase would have been well over $350

Not even worthy of 1 star. Rude workers with zero customer service skills plus most of the stuff is just beat and thrown in a heap on the shelves. They continually "re-sticker" items to make it look like they just arrived so that they don't have to sell at a discount like they state. Avoid at all costs shop the other outlet places like Ollies, TJ Maxx ect at least what you get from there will work and you dont have to deal with horrible rude people in run down dumps.

I'm mixed on this. There are some deals on items if you're buying them for yourself. That's good. If you're a reseller; not so much. That's ok too, they don't make a claim to appeal to resellers necessarily. My issue is this: They have colored tags on every item that shows the MSRP and their price which is 50% of MSRP. Then it shows four more dates which are a month apart and each shows what the price will be on that date. The point is that the longer the item is there the cheaper it is until it becomes 90% off MSRP. I asked if the different color tags went in order by date. For example were yellow tags put out before pink tags, and green tags after pink. The guy said there's no way for the customer to know how old an item is by tag color. He went on to explain to me how the pricing goes down every week. I already figured that out and he was purposely being condescending by doing that. Here's my point: You can't know what's further along in the discount process based on tag color. You have to look at each tag individually. A yellow tag may start a discount on March 24th and a blue tag might do the same. Well they had some stuff from 2021 there so the question then is what year are tags showing maximum discount in October from? Is that last October or October 7 months from now? Overall the employees were rude, and aggressive at everything they do.

This is a hit or miss place. Sometimes you stop and find outstanding bargains and sometimes you don't find anything you would like. It's definitely worth a stop if you are nearby as I've walked out with really cool toys for the kids at a fraction of the cost. They also have exercise equipment, yard equipment, home furnishings, and other stuff that drops from 50 percent down 10 percent each month if it doesn't leave the shelf. You really can find some name brand products really cheap but sometimes you end up purchasing something you really don't need because it's too good of an offer to pass up. They get truckloads of items in multiple times during the week. Nice return policy also.

Absolutely horrible on so many levels. The employees are ignorant. The place is so dirty. Stuff spilled and never cleaned up. One main thing is ALWAYS CHECK what you buy. They will sell things that don't have all parts and not even tell you. Even the food is outdated and for example the box will say 24 pcs and only have 13 on it. They tape it all up so you can't open the boxes. OPEN AND CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE BUYING IN THIS PLACE!!!!

Awesome concept. You never know what you're going to find. It's like a treasure hunt. Everything starts at half off retail and the prices drop every month. This is the kind of place I recommend stopping in weekly, if you're in the area and have the time. I found alot of stuff I was about to by online at 50% off or more. Maybe it was a coincidence, but it's happened more often than not. Check it out. Plus, they're opening a new store in Edwardsville Black Friday 2021. I can't wait!!

Great place .half of my household is now from this store ! However , make sure you check your items within the 14 day return since it can be broken or parts missing . But a favorite place of mine !

I loved this place up until probably the last 2 visit I've made where the staff feels its okay to make negative comments about their customers and children where everyone can hear. If you can't handle the public you are probably in the wrong job. I work retail every day. I get that some days are rough but you don't let your frustrations out in front of where you customers can hear. I am very disappointed that the owner/manager allows this and not just a one time experience. I will refrain from shopping there going forward.

Decent prices and unlike my local store, they have a huge selection of goods online. I like their odd items that you don't find in big retail centers. They offer goods that are blemished but generally functional at a fraction of the cost and it's better than having them wind up in a landfill. Their website needs a little work as it can be a pain to try and navigate though the pages. It would be nice if it allowed you to select page 7 instead of having to go through each page one at a time to get to page 7. If you want to go through all 109 pages of merchandise or want to stop and pick up where you left off at a later time, again you must scroll through each page one at a time. The categories help but some of them are a lot of pages so same thing. The phone person could be a little friendlier especially when you're spending as much as I did and made several orders. During these tough financial times it's not smart to treat multiple order customers harshly. I wasn't familiar with their process so a little leniency would go a long way.
