From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted awesomely. There were two girls and a guy working when I was there and all of them approached me to see if I needed help with anything the place was clean and I did find what I was looking for and they were just as courteous from the beginning all the way to the end of my visit and through the purchase of the item that I had bought I really like this store at Philadelphia premium outlets. And the employees as well.

Nice sized store with a small selection. There was no line waiting to get in the store, but the kids section was quite small. I was looking for sneakers for kids & was only able to get sneakers for one. So disappointed! I had to go to Famous Footwear the store to get the others shoes. Not impressed & really only went because there was a line at the Nike Outlet. I'm disappointed every time I go. They ALWAYS let me down.

Visited the store yesterday on a busy Saturday only to not be greeting by anyone other than the store manager Jess on her cell phone. She was on her phone almost the entire time I was in the store there was at least 15 other customers in the store as well. I just left since this company does not value customer service. All other employees were hustling doing their job sad to see they had such a poor example as a manager.

Fair prices with frequent sales. One sales associate in particular was very friendly yet completely professional. Her name is Joy. She greeted me as I entered the store, directed me to the in which I went there to shop, and left me alone to browse while she stayed available for assistance as needed. The store itself is well organized and well signed. The have a little bit of a lot of different things rather than a lot of a few things. Finding your size in the exact model you are looking for could be a challenge, but they likely have something similar.

I found a great pair of New Balance shoes at a super low price (it was on an additional sale) . The sales associate couldn't have been nicer. She helped us when needed and also gave us time alone to decide which one I wanted to purchase.

They were short staffed Today (Saturday, with back to school shoppers) and still did an excellent job keeping everything moving and helping guests with their needs. I don't write many reviews but being in the customer service industry myself I was extremely impressed. Great staff!
