Best shoe store in Pottstown, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I was in this store 3 months ago and bought a $200 pair of suede shoes because the salesman/manager convinced me they would last me the next 10 years. Well now, after wearing them <30 times only for work the stitching is coming out and the soles are detaching from the shoes due to poor workmanship. I went into the store and talked to the same manager that sold me the shoes and he now says he's never seen these shoes last more than a few months without falling apart. I'll never buy another pair of shoes from here again. ~Ryan

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted awesomely. There were two girls and a guy working when I was there and all of them approached me to see if I needed help with anything the place was clean and I did find what I was looking for and they were just as courteous from the beginning all the way to the end of my visit and through the purchase of the item that I had bought I really like this store at Philadelphia premium outlets. Considering it's the only Converse store nearby, it's pretty decent. The employees are always super friendly. They usually always have the classics in sale, but most people come for their wide clearance section. I wish there was more of a selection of certain sizes in the clearance section, but this is not their fault at all. (Obviously, that's not how clearance sections work) For an outlet store, it has a decent selection of shoes and the best prices. It's always nice to check out before shopping online. ~Lizzie
