I just want to give a shout out to Abby in your Pottstown store in PA. She worked so hard to find me a pair of shoes I couldn't find anywhere. I live in MA. She was so helpful, patient, and kind.....everything you could ever want as a customer. I tried some other stores before I called the Pottstown store and they were all nice but Abby went the extra mile and found me what I needed. Thank you!!!! Saw a pair of shoes, but wasn't sure if I wanted them. To my dismay they weren't available on the SM website. I called the store to see if a phone order could be done, and Gabrielle went above and beyond to make sure I could order the shoe without being present in the store. She even sent pictures to my phone to make sure that was the shoe I wanted, and to see if I wanted another item for the BOGO sale. Will definitely be shopping there again when I'm in the area!

The manager was who helped me and was extremely friendly. I’d definitely suggest going here if you’re looking for a great customer service and helpful people and the shoes and handbags are amazing.

Very unfriendly and rude. Unhelpful in finding new sizes and when asked if they had more she said no without checking in back or computer. Shoes were same price at DSW where there is better service and rewards. Seems like outlet is pointless, Never will be shopping there again.
