Came for vaccine. Everything was fine. Was told to wait for fifteen minutes then they'd give the vaccine card. Came back in fifteen and they closed the pharmacy? Why set me up for a prolonged wait? No warning or anything. Really unprofessional move.

Can I say unprofessional at the pharmacy! On 02/27/22 at 5:40pm the pharmacy clerk was so rude when I came to pick up my prescription she told me to wait and step back was so confused. Then the pharmacist was just as bad he looked like he didn’t want to be there and was rude also. The pharmacy clerk made a mistake ringing me up and had to get the pharmacist which they both looked irritated with me as she was trying to shove my prescription under the small glass she had to open the door because it wouldn’t fit and gave me a irritated look like I was bothering her and I left. Never go back there again, changing my prescription to CVS.

Both pharmacy and store staff here are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always very clean, and the drive-thru service is excellent. I recommend this store. I am only knocking down one start because sometimes it takes a while for someone to help you at the photo center. BTW, the youtube video everyone is talking about the store in Covina, not West Covina. This is obvious on the video to anyone that ahs been to the West Covina store.

My 71 yo father hasn't been able to get his medicine in 3 different occasions. He needs his high blood pressure medicine ASAP and they say there is no system and don't know when it will get back, kinda weird that 3 cars before him got their medicine just fine. Terrible

After seeing the video online I advise the public not to go to this location....it’s a shame for them to dishonor a veteran as they did...unacceptable...no dignity given to him and no public apologies just racial profiling and accusations of stealing by hearsay (even the lapd confirmed he had not been stealing) and to go by what another customer says without checking cameras and STILL kicking him out is a disgrace. Walgreens you’ve lost me at any of your locations...

After watching a video on fb of a man being accused of stealing after being racially profiled and the store not checking cameras and banning the accused with a cart of goodies I take it upon myself to stand up to this. No one should ever feel this way. That man should have been given a Walgreens gift card for $100 and an apology, instead he was banned after finding out the accused wasn’t the thief. The manager should either be demoted and learn how to deal with stealing the right way or should be fired.

She rudely banned an american vet from her store based solely on the fact that he was black didn't ask for any extra details from the customer and didn't even second guess or ask the manager of the store he supposedly stole from just banned him and called the cops on him instead of treating him with the decency he deserved.
