My boyfriend is a customer for over 20 years, and a Disable Veteran. I understood, from what the bank specialist told us, that we needed an appointment, keep in mind we went in at 9am and there's was nobody in line. It was very slow. No signs "only appointments " shown anywhere outside or inside. We were told that our business is not happening today because we are required an appointment. Management came to tells us the same thing. All employees without customers were in a circle socializing when we walk in. We were treated very rudely and disrespectful. And service was refused to us.
