Best atm in West Covina, California (CA) 2024

I have been frequenting this branch since '08. and as I've seen tellers come and go they all seem to have one thing in common. They actually take the time to learn, and call you by name. They have also mastered the 3 p's, patience.polite and pleasant. Good management George! JESSICA, Kim,& Ariasella(sorry I butchered your name) are awesome P.s . last time I was there, I was the only white face in the lobby. You spelled "hater"wrong Francisco. ~bobby

My boyfriend is a customer for over 20 years, and a Disable Veteran. I understood, from what the bank specialist told us, that we needed an appointment, keep in mind we went in at 9am and there's was nobody in line. It was very slow. No signs "only appointments " shown anywhere outside or inside. We were told that our business is not happening today because we are required an appointment. Management came to tells us the same thing. All employees without customers were in a circle socializing when we walk in. We were treated very rudely and disrespectful. And service was refused to us. Never coming back. ~Maricela

Looks like they upgraded their machine outside. I had some trouble understanding the menu, so I went inside the office to do my deposit. Nowadays because of COVID19, I am very cautious and picky of which establishments I enter. The tellers were masked and their service was great. However, I was really disappointed see a person in their office not wearing a mask. Her door was wide open as well. So the second she threw a coughing fit I ran out of the building. No thanks! This is very unsafe and disrespectful. I feel so sorry for the ladies who have to share this space with her. ~Janet
