Only two employees helping the line, and like 6 employees just chatting in the desk area. The service is horrible and only reason I must come is because my employer use them... 12.01.2021 Teller could do straight deposit only if you have 5 or less items otherwise wait in line with the rest of the people 🙄 12.03.2021 Bank hours are still until 4pm which is Friday and people's live is going back to normal however BoA acts worse than when we actually where on lock down... also again only two tellers helping a line that was up to outside however had 4 employees just sitting on their desk playing candy crush... ridiculous the only reason I have to come cause the business which I work for uses them... ~e

I have been frequenting this branch since '08. and as I've seen tellers come and go they all seem to have one thing in common. They actually take the time to learn, and call you by name. They have also mastered the 3 p's, patience.polite and pleasant. Good management George! My boyfriend is a customer for over 20 years, and a Disable Veteran. I understood, from what the bank specialist told us, that we needed an appointment, keep in mind we went in at 9am and there's was nobody in line. It was very slow. No signs "only appointments " shown anywhere outside or inside. We were told that our business is not happening today because we are required an appointment. Management came to tells us the same thing. All employees without customers were in a circle socializing when we walk in. We were treated very rudely and disrespectful. And service was refused to us. Never coming back. ~Maricela

They literally closed my credit card after I paid it off without notifying me. And when I called to get some information. They said they had sent mail out to let me know why they closed my Credit Card(which they never did) literally 3 days after me contacting them the so called “Letter” was in my mailbox. There was nothing I can do since it was already closed. Worst bank EVER. & will be closing my accounts soon ~Fernando
