They literally closed my credit card after I paid it off without notifying me. And when I called to get some information. They said they had sent mail out to let me know why they closed my Credit Card(which they never did) literally 3 days after me contacting them the so called “Letter” was in my mailbox. There was nothing I can do since it was already closed. Worst bank EVER. & will be closing my accounts soon

I went today to try to reset my online account. It was of no help, call cust service already but is outsourced, she did not help. Maria the teller was rude and making assumptions of everyone get treated the same. I was not even talking about that my main concern is that I did not get the help I came to get.

Had the worst banking experience. Stay away from this branch manager is very rude. Her name is AMANDA she doesn't belong in any banking branch ever. CUSTOMERS BEWARE

I have been in this bank for more than 10 years together with my family with several account. I received a wire 2 times , to my surprised they charged me $15 each wire. I spoke to bank employee to waived the wire fee. Bank managers said no. & ask me to call customer service. Can't believe what I heard .will closed all my account in this branch.

Went to cash a check but my I'd wouldn't swipe manager tried to lie said she had already made an exception for me the week prior,but was a lie I've never cashed a check I. This location...should train there employees how to deal with this type of situation and not lie to there customers

You can get good service if you work with a competent and knowledgeable staff The reason why I only give 4 stars is because I had a very bad initial experience with one of the relationship manager who was not willing to help us out. Apparently she is not a novice at her job so my conclusion with how she dealt with my situation after inquiring from other bank employees is that - she is either lazy or incompetent or both. My complements to the banks assistant manager - Amanda Aguilar. She is very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. She rectified the unpleasant situation. She deserves her assistant manager title; I think she can do very well too as a manager. Kudos to relatioship manager - Verita Sio. If you ever had any problem with this branch I think these 2 people are thenones to go to.

This place is the worst. BOA do not care about this branch. I have to visit, unfortunately! Every time terrible experience. Long wait and careless managers. It's been like this since they remodeled the place and when I and others in line complained about the line that is extending outside the door and only one teller working they said sorry we are remodeling. Now! Remodeling long done not much changed. I hope I'll never need to go there again.

Why do they have 13 windows if only 2 tellers are working all the time. Every time I come here it takes more than 30 min to finish my transaction. Seriously need to hire more tellers
