Nasty, sticky plexiglass between me and the credit card keypad made it tough to get my transaction complete. The lady at the register ($12.81 transaction a little before 2:30pm today) was worse. I'll never understand putting a hateful person with a chip on their shoulder in a customer service position.

As ALWAYS,I spent several hours in the DG on CALIFORNIA {my fav one},they have really added a LOT of new stuff, esp. "HOUSE~WARE",and I love shopping in there😍Also, the employees know me when I go there,I like that💯They already know I'm going to be in there for 2-4hrs😳.Which means they don't bother me, or EVER "WATCH ME... MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG 😳🤔 🙄😡🤬 I CLAIM THAT STORE 🤣🤣🙅🧘I JUST LOVE IT❤️❤️ 😍😍

Has improved tremendously. The Associates working hard to keep it clean & at least can help you when you cannot find an item when the store rearranged the merchandise.

Out of stocks out of control. Cashier was friendly but not helpful. Better than it use to be.

Because they are nice and polite. And if you asked him that will help you get your stuff out to your car. I can find. Most of what I be looking for right there.

Basically the store just needs a good cleaning and straightening up. It's kind of a cluttered mess as is.

It was great, I had just gotten off work, and exhausted! I really didn't HV the energy to shop lol.. But a great young lady, I think it was daja.. She was so helpful and her smile boosted me as well! Thank you for having those kind of employees. The little things make big impacts! With so much negative feedback I'd love to leave something positive

I had given the store a five star rating but due to recent events I am unfortunately having to change that I recently went in the store about 45 minutes before closing time. There was a new man working there he came and literally took my buggy from me and told me it was time for me to check out He left me standing there having to get the last of my stuff in my arms. He then loudly announced for me to come to the register in front of everyone in the store because he had started checking me out and like he had already told me it was time to go. He was so rude. I had also locked my keys in my car and my cell phone had died so I asked to use the stores phone but he said no. He made me take all my two buggies of groceries out and sit them on the greasy parking lot as he tapped his foot impatiently. By this point I am crying and asking him why he has been so mean to me all night. He said something else rudely and then he turned out all the outside lights The next morning my husband called the manager but nothing was done. I love the store and the people that work there but I can not give a five star rating if the customers and their business mean so little.

Love this place! Some workers need to work on there people skills or customer service. But the good out weighs the bad! The manager is as really nice. And it's not even a mile from me.

The only employee that was working was knowledgeable about the store, it's inventory, and where everything was located in the store. He was friendly and helpful and willing to help customers find the things that were desired for purchase.
