Nasty, sticky plexiglass between me and the credit card keypad made it tough to get my transaction complete. The lady at the register ($12.81 transaction a little before 2:30pm today) was worse. I'll never understand putting a hateful person with a chip on their shoulder in a customer service position. ~John
