Very disappointed by their lack of customer service. The sale went great I knew what I wanted. The problem began at time of delivery, the first words out of the driver was that my tv stand would not be put together. I paid 250 for delivery and assembling. They said “it’s an easy to assemble item” and they should of told me in the store and a call before delivery. I got neither. I opened up the box and the minute I saw the pieces and the instructions, I knew that I wouldn’t be able to put together. It literally says it would take 2-3 people to put it together. Not an easy to out together. Numerous calls to cuter service and got nowhere just promises of a call back. Still waiting 😡 This only got worse , I drove the item in to the store and they told me they would put it together for me. I was reassured by Victor and Andrea that it would be ready for me on Wednesday 8/3. We were told that Mauricio in their warehouse would built it for us. I called out sales person before arriving to Make sure that it was ready and when we got there they started to tell me that they were writing the floor model out of stock to give to give to me. I told them NO! Why would I take the floor model when I paid for a new item . Needless yo say they loaded my car up with the floor model not bothering to even check how damaged it was. I am beyond passed 😡

Noe was extremely Helpful and Accommodating. His Customer Service Skills are on point and he did a Great job with meeting our purchase needs. We returned a few days later and Noe helped us with another purchase even though he was scheduled to leave early, he stayed longer and assisted us with a dining set we were interested in buying. Great experience, We were looking for a bar-table to add to our home and their selection was great. Kameron Jackson the salesman, was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable; he answer all our questions and offered us great advice. The delivery guys were quick and fast on setting up the whole table. Thank you Ashley West Covina for such a great experience! For sure you will see us again soon.!

I had a really nice experience shopping for my reclining sofa at Ashley. Dave help me right away with what I was looking for. Even though I ended up buying the one I had not in mind. Charles was also very kind and showed me some reclining base for my bed and took his time explaining all the benefits of having one. They were very attentive and patient as I still went around trying different furniture to find what I was looking for. Dave even got me some gummy bears! That was an extra treat. All the staff was very nice and I was greeted by everyone. A great experience. Will definitely go back to get a lamp or rug for my new sofa.

I need a lots of furnitures in my new house and no hoping that could order at once in the same place, but luckily in Ashley we find almost everything we need and their sales person Lily is a super nice girl, she be able helped us to find what we need and offer us a great discount and free delivery. I’m truly appreciate her hard work. Also, her manager Ming is a very nice gentlemen , he is helping us to accommodate all my needs! Overall, a great shopping experience at Ashley, the store is so clean and need, everything is so organized, Great selections, this is the way to shop at Ashley! Thank you very much for all your hard work! Highly recommend!

Angelina helped us out, and she was amazing. We purchased the tempur-pedic bed. She answered all of our questions, and stayed after closing to finalize our purchase. She made the next day delivery happen as she said she would. Great experience! And what a beautiful bed.

First time home owner and I needed to furnish my home with many different items. The store had a wide variety to consider all my needs. If you're ever at this location, look for Daniel S. He helped me out on my first visit to show me all my options. Then on my second visit he remembered everything we talked about and I was able to choose all my pieces. He was knowledgeable and very attentive. Delivery was also great. They came on time, set up everything, and were fast. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Angelina is the best! She took her time with me, very pleasant attitude and very personable. I felt like I knew her for years! I bought a set of new couches and a tempur pedic queen size bed. The manager Adam at the West Covina location is awesome! Great experience and happy with my investment.

Wow, I will never ever shop at Ashleys Furniture ever again. What a total disappointment. I went in about 3 weeks ago in search for some bar stools. After shopping around we ended up purchasing a dining table set as well. The associate Justin stated that these items were not in stock and is somewhere in their warehouse. He made a joke like they'll stumble upon it eventually and ship it out sooner than anticipated. I was totally fine with receiving my items a few weeks late but not 4 months later! I continued to look at some other items. We ended up looking at a bedroom set and decided that we may be interested in that as well. Justin entertained us by telling us if we purchased the bedroom set and tempurpedic mattress, we would be getting some items for free. Him and his manager then gave us a pair of dressers and night stands for free but tacked on plenty of accessories and warranties that costed nearly 1k. So really was it worth it? Maybe. We purchased it anyways because we were in a rush to leave since we really just came for barstools and had plans ahead of us. Plus, he clearly stated that if we decided to cancel anything, they would do so no questions asked. The next day, I checked my orders and found that the barstools and dining table were on back order until February. I purchased these items first week of November. Justin made it seem like their warehouse would eventually find the products, but boy was he wrong! I went back in to cancel the back ordered items. I was about to cancel everything since my headboard was on back order as well. The manager there ensured me that they would be able to install the bed/base without the headboard so I decided to allow the headboard to come in after my bed. They removed dining and barstools from my invoice, but didn't refund me the tax I paid for them (around $250). They stated I go home and recalculate my order and come back. 3 weeks later, my tempurpedic mattress came in without the headboard. The shipping team informed me that they could not install the bed without the headboard and now my bedframe is in my garage and I'm sleeping on the floor. Also, the bedroom dressers have extremely low quality! The drawers make loud crumbling noises as I open and close them. One of the drawers doesn't even close completely shut, there's a huge gap unless I close it in a specific angle lifting the box up while pushing in. What a total downgrade from the bedroom set I bought at another furniture store. Complete lesson learned: DO NOT BUY ASHLEYS! Low quality furniture. Even their adjustable base they sold with the tempurpedic isn't tempurpedic brand. It costed me about $1700 with a $300 extended warranty for a no-name base. Tempurpedic sell their bases for $1500 with much more features. ***Update 2/16/22*** So it’s now February and I am still without a bed frame. They were finally able to deliver the missing headboard on 2/12/22 (3 months from when I made the purchase), but it came in completely damaged when arriving to my house for the installation. Basically came, inspected the package and left. I was lucky enough to schedule it again but on 2/16/22. They installed the frame and headboard (still came in slightly damaged but I am sick and tired of sleeping on the floor, so i said install it anyways thinking I can finally sleep on a bed after 3 months of being on the floor). After inspecting everything, they find out that they’re missing hardware to install the storage pieces of the bed frame. So they pretty much left me with a half installed bed frame with nowhere to sleep. I now have to wait for a call from a technician to install the rest of my bed. In the meantime myself and my pregnant wife will have to figure out where to sleep since I doubt I can place my mattress inside the empty frame. Worst experience in my entire life!
