The worst Walmart around. Waited 30 minutes for someone to help in the cloth department to cut a piece. Kept telling one another to help us but no one stepped up. Only to wait for another 10 minutes for their coaching member to help and write the code number wrong and leave. Couldn’t even pay for the item. Ended up leaving waste of time .so many people in the front just standing there doing nothing talking about their weekend plans. What’s the point of having the call buttons if no one shows up to help

I like this Wal-Mart. It's pretty well stocked. I have never been to a 2 story Wal-Mart before. My kids were entertained with the cart escalator. The store seemed small at first until we discovered the lower level. I wish they would open more registers. Seems like they prefer people to use self check-out. There's plenty of those open.

I am a disabled veteran with a spinal injury I am no longer in a rollator but sometimes I need the extra assistance they never have the electric cart available they say IT'S in use as in only 1 they used to have 4 and I never had an issue now they never have it and then they treat me like I have to prove I'm disabled enough to use it it is absolutely disgusting and the customer service I received was completely unacceptable I want to give zero stars it does not deserve the one I gave it to post this review

It's looks dirty and if you need something off the shelf it's locked up. Makes you feel like you're going to steal everything. The cashier supervisor has no people skills. There was a item that I selected from the clearance rack that has a sign that's states that at the register you'll get an additional 50% off. She didn't even bother to sympathize or willing you check the issue out or anything. Angelica the cashier was awesome but not the supervisor.

This store is great,they keep it clean and organized unlike some other Walmart's I've been too.Also the bathrooms are always clean. Some things they have less selection of but I like it because it has two floors( it used to be Mervyn's many years ago) The groceries are on one floor and all the other stuff is on the other floor which I like because I don't buy my groceries at Walmart and with the two floors it alleviates some of the crowds and waiting times in line.

You got to love a 2 story Wal-Mart... but this one is awful. Smaller isles than should be in a compact layout, and who thought of putting foods downstairs? The smells were bad, even for a Wal-mart and that's saying something. Staff were friendly enough, which is something I cant often say about Wal-Mart. What I will say is that next time I'm in the area, I'll park in the same spot, but visit the Target right next door. Sorry Sam, but you lost the battle at this location.

Way better than the one on Arrow and Azusa It’s two stories as well, bottom floor/back of store for food, top floor/front of store for everything else, this is a super center, that other Walmart is not even though they claim to be. But if you want the true super center experience, go to the one on Lone Hill.

This Walmarts services has seriously gone down the drain... I have been calling this location for three days now and it seems as though these ppl have forgotten how customer services jobs are supposed to be performed.... To his is got to be the most frustrating thing t on have to deal with especially when you've got no transportation just to Flippen drive to this place and speak to someone about personal belongings... Unbelievable how much this place has lost its appeal years ago and now they just don't even treat the customers properly! Surely u'd be treating them employees as to expected.... Since they don't even have the ability to properly work and displace any concern for customer services?!!!

This Walmart is in need of major layout renovation and deep cleaning. The self checkout should only be for shoppers with a few items, but you have people checking out with carts full. The layout is so tight it's difficult to get carts positioned correctly and the actual checkout station is so small there's not enough room to checkout quickly, yet there are 5+ checkout but only 2 cashiers. Doesn't make any sense. Bathrooms? Photos available, its obvious no one cleans.
