5 Best clothing store in West Covina, California (CA) 2024

It's looks dirty and if you need something off the shelf it's locked up. Makes you feel like you're going to steal everything. The cashier supervisor has no people skills. There was a item that I selected from the clearance rack that has a sign that's states that at the register you'll get an additional 50% off. She didn't even bother to sympathize or willing you check the issue out or anything. Angelica the cashier was awesome but not the supervisor. ~Kyle

I love JC Penny’s sales! I got a Juicy Couture watch for my birthday on sale. The watches are 20%-50% off regular prices. They have a good selection of fine jewelry. Some of the fine jewelry is on sale as well. The store is clean and organized. I had a great experience shopping at the West Covina location! I’m a happy customer! ~Lisa

Not sure if the men's suit department is going out of business. Couldn't get any help, pricing and sizes are all mixed up. Good sales if you could find what you need. ~Art

I was visiting West Covina for the first time and had never been to a Tilly's before, but after this experience, I would love to go again! When I first walked in, I was greeted very warmly by a sales associate named Khalifa, and he is one of the best salespeople I've ever had greet and help me! From the start, he was very charming, funny, and very stylish! The actual store was very nice, I ended up buying a few shirts, mostly inspired by Khalifa's vintage look that day! Overall, a great store that had some great workers, and some great clothes! Would love to go again! ~SassyTofu

Had won a pair off the app. As I went to go pick up my pair they had told me that they sold “ my pair “ even tho it was for reservations. This made me realize this store is a horrible store and customer service. I will never bother again with a footlocker that backdoors reservations pairs to their friends. I hope that new main manager knows what he’s doing. Poor service ~Michael
