I love JC Penny’s sales! I got a Juicy Couture watch for my birthday on sale. The watches are 20%-50% off regular prices. They have a good selection of fine jewelry. Some of the fine jewelry is on sale as well. The store is clean and organized. I had a great experience shopping at the West Covina location! I’m a happy customer!

More clothes for men than women. Over the last 10 years, I have seen some big changes happening in this economic, popular store for many shoppers. I used to like to park on the 2nd floor then I can walk in this store with easy access, but it is closed now. More over, I used to buy some good quality pants and socks, pajamas on both floors, even ordered some sunglasses here. However, I didn't see women clothes sections with easy, but most popular sections, are full of the clothes for men. I wonder if this store is planning to turn into a men's clothing store soon.

Love that if you don't have coupons with you or forgot them employees will help you out..Easy returns no hassle. Very helpful. Store organized and clean . visited Men's dept ,kids clothing dept,, and customer service for return and payment. Thank you. Good service.

Good good selection of clothing apparel and it's been a store that I have been going to since my Mom shopped there when I was a little kid. Great prices and the best thing to do is look for and store coupons that will save you the most money.

Every. Single. Employee. Here. Is. The. Rudest. Ever. They are all so snarky and rude and have absolutely zero customer service. I'm very surprised this franchise is still standing especially with the people they hire. I only go to this store to use it as a mall entrance and that's all it's good for. I will never shop here. Ever.

Good selection of items to choose from. Clean, fairly well organized store. Even on December 23rd, I managed to get some great Christmas gifts. They still had lots to choose from. Long lines but they moved fairly fast. This mall has a lot of security issues lately so be aware of where you park and who's around you. Still fun to shop here though.
