Although I bought stuff from these guys I did not like the staff's attitude. I hate to say it but if you are non white you won't get good customer service. I've been to this particular store 5/6 times and everytime its the same. Staff wont be bothered to come and ask if they can help.

Perfect styles, for my taste, big fan of their shoes and shirts...and the prices are affordable, particularly for the quality. I also find that all their staff here are as high end as their product line.

I was in this store 3 months ago and bought a $200 pair of suede shoes because the salesman/manager convinced me they would last me the next 10 years. Well now, after wearing them <30 times only for work the stitching is coming out and the soles are detaching from the shoes due to poor workmanship. I went into the store and talked to the same manager that sold me the shoes and he now says he's never seen these shoes last more than a few months without falling apart. I'll never buy another pair of shoes from here again.

I have gotten a couple of shoes here recently, with the manager tracking my size down at another location and having one of the pairs sent to me. The store seems better organized then in the past.
