Tried asking the workers if they had another size and they cut me off and rudely told me they only have the sizes that are on the shelf .Could have been nicer and not cut me of while I was speaking.

Considering it's the only Converse store nearby, it's pretty decent. The employees are always super friendly. They usually always have the classics in sale, but most people come for their wide clearance section. I wish there was more of a selection of certain sizes in the clearance section, but this is not their fault at all. (Obviously, that's not how clearance sections work) For an outlet store, it has a decent selection of shoes and the best prices. It's always nice to check out before shopping online.

A good store , nice spot in the mall, not very big but moderate in size. Friendly staff , I came here to return and buy some store products. Return was breeze and staff was very helpful. A very good deal on many shoes. Definitely will stop by here on my every visit.

They didn't have the sneakers my daughter wanted in stock. Rushed us out at 7pm even though the website said it was open until 8pm. Bought it directly from Converse.com - same price with free shipping.
