UPS really needs to do better. Their customer service is less then OK. I asked for my package to be held at the Depo so I can go pick it up after work but according to Nicole a supervisor in customer service It could not be held but had to be sent to my home. I explained to her I WORK and I WILL NOT BE HOME they suggested I pay $7.00 for it to be held at an access point. I explained I already paid APPLE a shipping fee, so now I have to pay it again! What sense does that make? We are all struggling to make ends meet and I think UPS needs to do better by their customers. I am very, very unhappy with their service and if I had a choice I would use FEDEX or another shipping that is more customer focused. Sad.

This facility is very disorganized - thier manager "Omar" told me that they were going to deliver my packages before the end of the day - after the delivery to the access point was unsuccessful because they don't receive bigger boxes there!. May packages never came to my address - they were returned to the sender. Very disappointed with the UPS services. Drivers don't give the right updates for tracking and I don't know why UPS would select small retail stores - that don't have enough space to be access points!!!!! And why are they charging us $7 when it's Thier fault - not delivering our packages to access point!! Very disappointed in the entire UPS!!! ☹️

Sadly they steal packages here and drink on the job. If you go there in afternoon you can witness around 5pm to 830pm on a Thursday or Friday.

My package was supposedly sent out and I missed the delivery. A ticket was not placed on my door. Looking at the app my package was going to be sent out the next business day. That day came and went and still no delivery. Day 3 I placed a hold on my package to be held at the facility for pickup which ups charged me $7.00 fee. When I arrived I was told by the manager Daniel Rodriguez that he couldn't find my package due to the driver not placing a tag number on it. I waited there for a hour and a half , the whole time he kept making excuses to why procedures weren't taken to keep track of my package. Still nothing has been resolved. I will be calling corporate offices. I am now afraid to have ups handle my packages because according to Daniel Rodriguez the delivery guys have alot of deliveries and they sometimes don't follow procedures to make sure your package is documented correctly. To add icing on the cake, while I was waiting one of the drivers was offering the others liquor while on the clock, this is probably one of many reason why procedures aren't followed. Very unprofessional!

Horrible service. Staff decided to close 1 hour earlier while sign clearly says they close at 6 pm. Got there at 5:30 and the guy at the door said “no body is here to give you your package”. I had to yell and film them so that the manager of this site be forced and bothered to do his job. Manager was so rude and unprofessional, I had to record them so that they give me my package. I literally had to threaten them that I will send the video to HR so that I finally got them to open the office and give me my package (with two other customers). They are scheduled till 6 pm yet they decided to close earlier. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Today was overall a long day but After coming in to pick up my item I must say Will at customer service was extremely helpful, he listen to my concerns was fast at retrieving my package. I came back later in the day and he also helped me ship out two packages.Thank you Will keep up the great work we need more Courteous people like you in the world.

UPS keeps pushing my deliveries back week after week stating that “receiver requested the delivery reschedule” only I didn’t! 2 Day packages are taking literally weeks to reach me unless I pay UPS in addition to the $$ the shipper paid for it to reach me. And if you call the main number it won’t send you to a human being unless you spam speak “person” over and over again and then it hangs up on you just as you finally have a real live person on the phone. I love 💗 the guys who deliver my packages. They’re always fast 💨 and careful. But UPS the company - it’s going downhill fast. I don’t know who is in charge at the top but they’re failing their customers hard. PS. Yes I have MyChoice. I also do not have the special day for all deliveries turned on. Nothing on it is set to autostupid.

How can you be nasty and rude on a 45 second call? Could barely explain the situation without being cut off and then hung up on when the screw up was the fault of UPS. I would give a zero if I could. Maybe UPS shouldn't have this location call customers after they mess up deliveries.

The staff was helpful , there were no lines to wait on and I received my package within 5 minutes. I found out that this UPS location covers,the 10039 area in Manhattan. A very important package....my son's Tommy Hilfiger School Uniforms.
