Attention Management! Your employees go to my building and do not take the packages to my door if the mailbox is full. I am writing this because it is something that happens very frequently. I need to go to the post office most of the time to pick up packages. Your mail carriers sometimes leave the slip stating they tried and nobody was home. That is a big lie. There are always people in my apartment during the day. The true is I live on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. That is the reason they don't bother to go upstairs. This is very unprofessional and unfair.

Horrible customer service. The person assisting me was unable to find my package. Although I receive a notification letting me know my package was at the postal office they didn’t have it . I wanted for a supervisor who didn’t acknowledge me and simply told the person who was assisting me to tell me to go home and wait for my package . LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!

This post office is terrible they need to shut this post office down the people that work there and the manager need to all be fired I don't know why I'm even writing this because nothing's going to get done I don't live too far from the post office however this is a terrible post office

Horrible postal person. We never have the same postal person. They do not redeliver your stuff. Sometimes mail doesn't even get delivered daily. I specified delivery on a day I knew I'd be home ALL DAY and the postman didn't come till after 4pm and didn't even try to deliver my package. Now 7 days later I still have no package and requested redelivery.

So rude. First of all, this place is structured horribly. I can’t tell what line is for what. I come up to the lady who did passports (I didn’t know she did passports until she rudely told me) and started taking my mail out when she said “excuse me what are you doing?”. I said I was going to ship mail. She said “you have to go stand on the line and wait for one of us to call you.” With the stinkiest attitude ever. First of all, if I’m next on line, IM NEXT ON LINE, Second of all, I didn’t know that it was the wrong line so calm the f down. Not everyone knows how this specific usps office works, which line is which etc. maybe I’m new to the area or it’s my first time, don’t be so grouchy. The lady who did take my mail was lovely though. Very nice and polite and handled it nicely.

Very long wait times, 3 open booths but only one for package pickup, meanwhile the other 2 are empty. Did not redeliver even though it was requested online and CONFIRMED to come ay the date I chose. It is also advertised to be open Sundays from 10am to 2pm but when you come in there's a sign saying otherwise. Overall very misleading and disappointing. Wish they would have more staff distributing or actually redeliver when you ask for redelivery.

Super long lines during multiple visits. I would never visit the post office if I didn't have to, but when you get a missed package notice at home (while someone is home), you have no choice. I often get mail for others and my mail is often missing. This post office as well as the entire USPS needs to be shut down and privatized.

Can you give this place a no star!!! It's 9:30 in the morning on a THURSDAY!!!!!!! And they are so slow a line has built up! They make no effort to accommodate customer they are rude and honesty they have no pride in there work. if you don't like your job and don't want to do what you are being paid to do then leave!!! I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love a federal job with benefits!!! Literally a line of people including myself waiting over an hour to pick a package they failed to deliver. No wonder other parcel services are such a threat to the USPS!

They are so slow and rude. You come in for a package and the line has an absolutely atrocious wait. Then other employees are standing around talking on their headset instead of doing their work in a timely fashion.
