It's shameful that the public has to be subjected to surly & disrespectful behavior by the men/women who work at this facility. Personally, I dread coming here, but must because of certified mail. But, it begins at the top. Lazy, incompetent & ineffective management has infected Post Offices in general. The entire system needs to be overhauled from top to bottom.

Can someone just remove every staff member from this place apart from 2? packages always getting mislabeled, not getting delivered, getting hung up on over the phone, but on hold forever and when I show up to the office? it's empty.

The mail carrier for 2745 Reservoir Ave. He/she can't read and is constantly making mistakes such as not delivering pkgs. to your mailbox, leaving the key to the parcel locker in the lock so your pkgs. are left out to be taken by any one who comes along. This is disgusting and disgraceful, Shut the place down.

This place needs to be closed down. The moment you ask for help or point out a mistake they did, they automatically attack you. From management to cashier, all lack customer services. NY DISTRICT 1 NEEDS TO STEP UP!

The worst Post Office I ever been to. All they do is lose my mail or steal it. It is never their fault and they never take accountability for anything. If you call and talk to someone, most of the people their get defensive and nasty. I spoke to two people who were nice. The others legit nasty. Three times one of the carriers just left the mail in the lobby without sorting it. All they do is make excuses and the problem is never solved. When comes to packages, the drivers are too lazy to ring the bell. I am not sure why nobody makes changes to this Post Office. It's been horrible for years. I remember 30 years ago, a elderly man use to deliver my mail. It was always at my box at 10am and I actually received it. Now, you will be lucky if you get it by 5pm. Nowadays it's been more like 6pm. Someone should do something about this nonsense. I don't even mail my letters from there. I rather spend money and go somewhere else.

As you all can see all the negative reviews on here about this post office tells you EVERYTHING! Look, I've had it up to here with this post office and it's the only one close by to where I live but all these negative reviews you are all reading is the truth. The 2 "African American" ladies that work in windows 1-4 are the absolute worst employees ever and ALWAYS have nasty attitudes and I really hate going to their line every time I go there. The ones working on windows 5 and 6 are nice women with no attitudes at all, they are sweethearts but the other 2....Forget about it just be prepared to get lashed out on. The other 2 Muslim women are also good and have no complaints about them either as just recently one of the treated me very nice. I've had to control myself with the other 2 women because that's what they are, WOMEN! Had they been male employees, I would've asked them to step outside let's just say and leave it at that. Something has to be done about these employees with attitudes, is there a place where we can forward all of these complaints to so they can look over all of these reviews and have them investigate or put a stop to all this?? After my review here I will see what I can do to report this place.

This post office needs urgently a total overhaul...they lie constantly about delivering packages..in most cases they never attempt to deliver. We have to go to the office after tracking the packages. Employees with some 2 or 3 exceptions are always rude...no manners..they don't want to deal with high standards with the public. Even one of its managers are cruel..rude and no shame at all in how talk with older people. No respect at all. We need to bring to the attention of our representatives. There's must be a way to remove the shame and rudeness of this post office.

This post office deserves a ZERO star rating! I experienced straight up discrimination at this location from the male mail person that stands at the door!!! When I approached the post office to go inside, he stopped me and what do I need to do at the post office…. I told him to mail letters. So he told me I could go inside… I went in and entered my letters in the mail slot.. So then as I was leaving, a couple of people were in front of me leaving too… The same male mail person was holding the door to let them out, NONE of the people said Thank You as they left out…. I was walking out behind them and said Thank You until, the mailman at the door quickly put his hand out to stop me from leaving out!!! He said, I need to use the other door to exit. As I was taken off guard I said Sorry this is my first time here. He said I can go, but next time use the other door to exit. I just left… He DIDN’T stop or say anything to the other people that did the same thing leaving out the same door he was holding!!!! Only me did he stop and talking down in a stern voice!!! I left and would not return to this location AGAIN!!!!

The fraudulent activities taking place at this post office and carry out by its employees is at an all time high. This post office never disappoints when it comes to supposedly delivering packages and such packages are no where to be found. They have months stealing my packages! I have cameras installed in my home and not once of the many times they lie and said my packages were delivered have they actually deliver it. Where can we report this fraudulent activity? This is a federally funded institution, there has to be repercussions.
