Best shipping and mailing service in Bronx, New York (NY) 2024

UPS really needs to do better. Their customer service is less then OK. I asked for my package to be held at the Depo so I can go pick it up after work but according to Nicole a supervisor in customer service It could not be held but had to be sent to my home. I explained to her I WORK and I WILL NOT BE HOME they suggested I pay $7.00 for it to be held at an access point. I explained I already paid APPLE a shipping fee, so now I have to pay it again! What sense does that make? We are all struggling to make ends meet and I think UPS needs to do better by their customers. I am very, very unhappy with their service and if I had a choice I would use FEDEX or another shipping that is more customer focused. Sad. ~Faith

I like the fact they open early ( 8am).The Asian clerk is quick, professional and friendly.Only problem is they have only one clerk working.At least when I go there. ~patrick

Can someone just remove every staff member from this place apart from 2? packages always getting mislabeled, not getting delivered, getting hung up on over the phone, but on hold forever and when I show up to the office? it's empty. ~spgarra0

Attention Management! Your employees go to my building and do not take the packages to my door if the mailbox is full. I am writing this because it is something that happens very frequently. I need to go to the post office most of the time to pick up packages. Your mail carriers sometimes leave the slip stating they tried and nobody was home. That is a big lie. There are always people in my apartment during the day. The true is I live on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. That is the reason they don't bother to go upstairs. This is very unprofessional and unfair. ~Lided
