UPS really needs to do better. Their customer service is less then OK. I asked for my package to be held at the Depo so I can go pick it up after work but according to Nicole a supervisor in customer service It could not be held but had to be sent to my home. I explained to her I WORK and I WILL NOT BE HOME they suggested I pay $7.00 for it to be held at an access point. I explained I already paid APPLE a shipping fee, so now I have to pay it again! What sense does that make? We are all struggling to make ends meet and I think UPS needs to do better by their customers. I am very, very unhappy with their service and if I had a choice I would use FEDEX or another shipping that is more customer focused. Sad. ~Faith
