Best lawn equipment rental service in Bronx, New York (NY) 2024

I called tool rental, I was hoping to buy a used chainsaw. I asked VERY SPECIFIC questions as I was about to drive an hour to get there. They told me everything I wanted to hear saw is in good shape price is higher than other stores because it's in great condition. And no the price wasn't flexible, but the manager was in. End result no. No no. The saw was on its last legs dirty filter bad clutch bad bar. Noone went through it. 2 hours wasted ; jerky employees that were sarcastic and rude. And the tool rental manager not working. The store manager was nice but of no real help...hopefully he'll fix his bad customer service issues. ~William
