Always had a pleasant experience here. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Once bought a sheet of plywood that I needed cut which they did right there and then free of charge for which I gave the employee a $5 tip.

They have always been so great to me and helpful! They may not have everything you are looking for but they have what you need. Very nice staff.

This place is complete, here you can find pretty much everything for your home improvements and why not for contractors too…? they have building materials and tools too… recommended.

I was greeted by a nice man who helped me retrieve all of the items that I wanted to purchase. When I arrived at the checkout the femalecclerk was on the phone. After a few minutes she added everything up. I gave her the Ace gift card that I had been given by a friend. She stated "we don't accept that gift card. I said isn't this an ace store? She said try Manhattan. This didn't make any sense. I will never go there again.

Today I entered this location for the first time and it is a huge hardware house. It is like a mini home depot. The place is immaculate and everything is well organized. I purchased a faucet spray for my kitchen faucet which by the way did not fit. Unfortunately, I noticed that when I approached one of the workers to ask for help, he continued to walk away and didn't ask me if I needed help. The place wasn't busy so I felt helpless. I finally was able ask specifically about the product I was looking for and he pointed to where it was. I won't be returning to this place. Their customer service a big FAIL!

I've been here a few times. There prices are on par with the bigger stores and might be even less I've noticed. I'd rather try here first before HD or Lowes. Also the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, unlike the big box stores were the staff doesn't have a clue. Although parking is tight I never had an issue parking at Mcdonald's across the street. Our neighborhood is glad to have have them especially for people that can't travel far.

They are always helpful and friendly. Selection/inventory is more limited than a big box store -- so sometimes they don't have what I need. But the service has always been warm, friendly and willing to go the extra mile, just because.

My favorite local hardware store has been in transition for the past several months, expanding and reorganizing the sales floor. And even through this term of trial, the store is better organized and more comprehensively stocked than 99 percent of it's competition in this vicinity. I spent 30 minutes searching for flat paint the exact color of masking tape before I took my search to Oliver, who produced 4 ounces of the right thing quicker than it took you to read that sentence. It's late July, 2019, and the time of transition will soon be at an end, but the best little hardware store in this neighborhood is still just warming up. Friendlier than many, better stocked than most, bigger than a bread box, handier than sliced bread.

The customer service is on point - but the “ service” for me today, absolutely sucked. I brought in 2 window shades. The living room shade- right after 2 tries. ( no problem) But for some reason, my bedroom shade was or seemed to be a problem. Wait, yes I did bring in the “ previous “ shades so the measurements could be exact. Apparently someone could not get it right after 7 tries. I am a patient person and no, I didn’t lose my mind. Although I should have. For them to get my business in the future- it has to be dire straits before I walk in there again...

This was my second time shopping here. My first experience wasn't great as I came just minutes before closing. My second visit was great, I made some great purchases and the help I received was top notch. The cashier was also very pleasant. It felt really good to actually be valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend this place to a novice as well a professional.
