The customer service at this hardware is very unprofessional plus the owner is straight up nasty & curt,am suprised how he's even in business in a predominantly black & hispanic community I believe he also owns the variety store on Allerton & Holland ave,hopefully he goes out of business, I def won't be going back there.

This place is a MESS. The lady is always on her phone , it’s so hard to find something and let’s not even get started with the back. It’s a mess that you can’t even reach the paint. They need to improve there customer service.

Asked for an item I couldn't reach. The guy was eating his breakfast and seemed to have an attitude about getting his stepladder to go get it. The price on the item was good, though.
