I am very happy with the work done on my car. My seats were shampooed and mats were powerwashed; $65 well spent. The two hour wait was reasonable considering the work that was accomplished. The employees deserved every bit of their tip. Thank you guys and gals! I'm coming back next time my car needs a wash.

Wanted just my seats shampooed and asked for a floor vaccuum if they had time. At first the seats looked good, but by the time I got home, seats were dried, and you can still see every little dirt spot and stain, like nothing has changed.. Just looked like they vaccuumed it then sprayed a bunch of water on it. Under your services it says "spot deep clean treatment for 55 dollars." Definitely not what I got. I am in love with their washes. You can tell that every employee there is proud of the work they do to making your car look brand new. There has been one employee that stands out beyond the rest named Jocelynn. She has helped me many times and is always extremely helpful and professional. Service: Full body wash

Excellent customer service and great price for the services. I came in for a quick oil change and was done within 10 minutes. The mechanics were very helpful and kind and I always leave happy!

We use them for express detailing, full detail, car wash and oil changes. Hands down the best place. I especially love the 15 min oil change, I don’t even have to get out of my car and it’s never actually taken a full 15 min. 100% recommend these guys! I was not happy with this place at all. Me and my 3 kids went on a long road trip and when we got back into town I stop here to get my car clean. I got the most expensive wash because my car was really bad. The outside of the car looked okay. There were still bugs on the car from the road trip. But the inside looked like they didn’t even touch it. And my windows look like they cleaned it with a dirty rag I can’t see out of any of my windows when the sun hits it just right. I paid extra for a cinnamon sent I never got it. Not happy at all.

I have been coming here for 4 years and have never had a problem until today. I paid the $30 for The Complete Works and have never been more disappointed. It didn’t even look like my car got cleaned inside. I know that it was for sure not vacuumed or wiped down. The cup holders and entire center console was not wiped down. My mats were covered in hair and soaking wet. The windows still had smudges all over them... the receipt was left on the dashboard and they dusted around it. I just figured they had a bad day or new workers so I went in the next day to speak to a manager to ask for it to be done correctly. I was told that the back plastic mats having dog hair still on them was normal and that it’s an extra charge for pet hair removal. I know this isn’t true because it just needed a simple vacuuming of the plastic mats. He told me that they would take it back and wipe it down some more, which they did, but it still is not up to the normal work they do. I’m just disappointed I paid $30 to have my car cleaned and it looked like it wasn’t even touched and then I was told that was normal and expected. Makes me sad since I’ve been coming here so long and never experienced this. Service: Auto detailing

Got the "Works" with tip for $34.50. Part of the reason I spent the money was for the interior window wash, vacuuming, and tire shine. I was disappointed in all three. There are streaks in my windshield and my rear window, carpet was vacuumed but a lot was missed. I had to point out to the young guy that was drying it that the tires were filthy. He wiped them down after I pointed it out but he didn't do a great job. Overall, I was impressed with the speed it was done on a busy Saturday morning, but very disappointed in the quality of the job.
