The crew from R and R was first in on our remodel. From measurement to installation, the level of customer service was fantastic. I could not be happier with the finished product. Months afterward, I approached R and R about using excess material they had in the warehouse for a project at my church. They were wonderfully cooperative in getting us the materials we needed to complete that effort (Pictured). I highly recommend this group for any projects you may be planning. Chris

Love, love, love, my new flooring in my condol! Simply beautiful! I love the showroom with large sections of the flooring samples to look at. This makes choosing what you want/like so much easier than looking at a small 4 x 6 piece! Josie was awesome! The two gentlemen who came to measure were so professional and very nice. The installers were super nice and did such a fantastic job! I highly recommend R & R Flooring in Danville for sure!!!

I made my builder very nervous when I took a chance on R&R and bought our hardwood floors from them because their prices were so much better than our local dealer's for the floor I wanted. The manufacturer delayed production of the floors several times and I really appreciated Lisa letting me know *before* we missed the ship date that there would be another delay. Lisa was also very patient and helpful in calling the manufacturer for me several times and and digging deeper to get more specific details on just how delayed our order would be so that we could work around them and stick with the original floors selected. Shipping to Texas was fast when the floors finally did ship. I'm happy with the product, R&R's service was great, I'd buy from R&R again if I needed to, and I'd recommend them to my friends as well.

We had vinyl plank flooring installed in our home with R and R, the flooring is amazing! Working with the sales people was so easy! The installers were very professional and did an amazing job of putting the floor in! I would highly suggest if your looking at doing some floors to give them a look!!

Bought flooring for an entire small house from R+R. They have an awesome showroom. The prices beat other local and non-local places when we did comparisons. I went to pick up the product without my husband. This is a family owned business. I had mistakenly picked up other product at Lowe’s first. The owner at R+R was awesome and they unloaded my truck, loaded the flooring and shrank wrap all my stuff so it would travel safely the 40 minute drive—at no extra charge. I have since referred others to them and they served our friends well too. We are getting ready to install new flooring in a room at my home and R+R is at the top of our list of places to look for flooring.

I purchased flooring from R&R, they provided information about the various types of products available. Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly service. Then I purchased tile and they installed it around my fireplace. It’s beautiful! During the installation process they cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. I am extremely pleased with the work provided. I will be using them for my next tile projects.

R & R's owner Jeff did an amazing thing for me. I was in search of a newly discontinued product from Shaw. I am in Portland Oregon.I contacted Jeff. He told me the product was not available,but he would research it for me. Jeff went out of his way to indeed find the product . He cannot sell me the product(distance) but he did the sleuthing ,found out where the materials was, contact person ,and phone number. What a selfless thing he did for me. I now have a happy client, and a happy builder. Thanks Jeff for your hard work, honesty and integrity.

It took 10 minutes to get help and there was only one other person in the shop. Completely useless salesperson. Did not know the difference between luxury vinyl plank and other waterproof options. She could not even give us price ranges without looking up each individual piece of flooring. When she went to look for a price, she didn't come back for at least 5 minutes, so we just left.
