Attention Management! Your employees go to my building and do not take the packages to my door if the mailbox is full. I am writing this because it is something that happens very frequently. I need to go to the post office most of the time to pick up packages. Your mail carriers sometimes leave the slip stating they tried and nobody was home. That is a big lie. There are always people in my apartment during the day. The true is I live on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. That is the reason they don't bother to go upstairs. This is very unprofessional and unfair. ~Lided

Horrible. Every time ago there is only one cashier open. Also, the cashiers think it’s okay to talk about customers in Spanish as if 90% of them don’t understand. Guess you can say some people are real bold behind those windows. ~briana
