2nd time I went to this location. I had a woman named Melissa and she completely cut a section of the back of my hair shorter than the rest so I have almost a bald spot there now and she knicked my ear to the point where there was blood behind my ear when I got home. I will not be back to this location

I would recommend. Everyone on the staff is polite and professional ...and just as importantly good at what they do. They get you in, and on your way and all for a good price. A regular cut is around $17.99, but if you sign up for the mailing list, you will receive a coupon on occasion which makes it a real good deal. The place is always clean, and they practice sound COVID19 safety protocols. Plenty of free parking. Conveniently located on the West Bound side of Route 3 in Newtown Square. Service: Haircut

I am very disappointed with my haircut. She cut straight across and even after checking if it was even, it was very uneven I wish I could show a picture on here. Was in and out in 15 minutes which is very suspicious after a haircut. I guess she wanted to get it over with but that is no excuse to mess up somebody’s hair like that. I had a family member even out the cut for me and it looks way better than before. I will definitely not be going here again nor suggesting this place to anyone. Don’t waste your 15 minutes, you might as well spend twice as much money for a reliable haircut.

I don’t get my hair cut at this location, however the hair products are of the highest value and the stylists here are very attentive to helping me find the best product for my hair. He was very kind and patient in helping me find a new conditioner.

Proper Salon service, Paul Mitchell products, nice wash, great cut and awesome blow-dry style for my long hair. Long styling was a bit more $ than expected, but would definately return.
