If you want your package handled correctly take it elsewhere. They paid no attention to the fact that my Amazon return was for one box and took both boxes under one return so I had to go back to correct their mistake. Had they paid any attention to their job they probably would've noticed but send like they're in a rush to chill. Weren't sorry or apologetic for the mistake rather seemed more disturbed that I came back to correct their mistake so I would get my credit. Drive a few more minutes somewhere else you're better off.

Lenzel and the staff over at this location are one of the most helpful people I’ve dealt with at any UPS store I’ve been too. They def go above an beyond! Today I didn’t have to ship anything but I ran into Lenzel outside of the store and asked if he could assist with jump starting my car… not only did he offer to help but another staff member offered to help with their car if it was unsuccessful. They didn’t have to especially on this super hot day but their customer service is top notch in and outside of that establishment. Thanks again!

I use this location all the time for printing and shipping. I have always had a friendly, pleasant, personable experience . The location is staffed with mostly young adults that do their job more than adequately. If you are coming in for a service they provide, you will receive quality service. Unfortunately I’ve witnessed customers come in with issues that are clearly not in their power to resolve , thus some of the unfair negative reviews. As an Edgewater resident myself.. we do have an abundance of entitled/ unreasonable patrons. It’s a UPS store not a 5 diamond personal concierge service for your packages. I will continue to support this location and it’s employees.

Because of the location in the strip mall, it’s always challenging to get to the store no matter where you park. It’s in a busy corner so you can never easily unload the car outside of the store. The pavement leading to the store is elevated as well so you’ll need to roll all the way around if you have a cart. The door is narrow and spring-loaded which makes it clunky to keep open. An automatic door or a door stopper would be so helpful. As many UPS stores, the space inside is narrow and long and always messy. It’s as if it’s always over-capacity and there’s not enough storage space. The staff is always quick and speedy but the store design doesn’t really allow them to be at their best. Here’s a secret: the best time to drop off packages is Sunday mornings.

I can’t say enough about my experience at this UPS store! I had a complicated shipment and manager and the staff went above and beyond!! They were helpful, polite, and all had a great sense of humor! Literally, made my day. Thank you!!

I don’t know if he’s a manager or if he is just a random employee but my mother and I were just in there today and it he was the most inappropriate, threatening person towards the both of us. I don’t know if he was trying to be silly or if he was genuinely trying to intimidate. My mother is so uncomfortable with me talking about the incident on google as a review so if an owner wants to contact me privately, you may. I will NEVER go into this location again. The whole thing was completely appalling.

Recently, I made some mistakes with Amazon's new returns process, and Daniel at this store was incredibly patient, kind, and proactive in helping me cancel and correct my returns, despite the fact that this was for/through a third party (Amazon). Even though I can do my drop-offs elsewhere, I always choose this location. I should have left them a review earlier..these guys are the best!
