Aaron was the best associate in the whole store he was kind ,courteous and understanding as he price verified some of my purchases eventho It might take a little longer. In the end of the transaction his manager switched him off register I hope it wasn’t for my time at register because he definitely gave great service and patience . Thanks again Aaron. The store has a spacious parking lot with multiple other stores in the area. It also has a Starbucks inside the store itself. It is a one level store with a good variety of items and handicap accessibility. ~Susan

I use this location all the time for printing and shipping. I have always had a friendly, pleasant, personable experience . The location is staffed with mostly young adults that do their job more than adequately. If you are coming in for a service they provide, you will receive quality service. Unfortunately I’ve witnessed customers come in with issues that are clearly not in their power to resolve , thus some of the unfair negative reviews. As an Edgewater resident myself.. we do have an abundance of entitled/ unreasonable patrons. It’s a UPS store not a 5 diamond personal concierge service for your packages. I will continue to support this location and it’s employees. ~sharay

I took my dog shopping there and we were both welcomed by everyone who works there. They couldn't have been more attentive during our shopping. I then had a very complicated gift card situation, and they all were EXTREMELY patient, friendly, and helpful in figuring out the transaction. The staff at this Athleta location are very friendly and helpful. Hanna and other ladies tried to make us feel comfortable shopping and trying clothes on. They have nice fitting rooms and carry a lot of nice products with beautiful patterns that I like. I will definitely return to shop there again. ~G

Ashley at the self checkout area couldn't have been more accommodating, patient with my questions, and empathetically professional in her overall manner. Her warmth and ability to focus on solutions without even hinting that most of my problems were of my sole doing makes me go to this BBB even though I don't live in Manhattan.
