I live in Manhattan, work in New Jersey. I used to live one town away from this old navy, so I've known how awesome they are for a while. The gm is very sweet. She climbed up a very tall ladder just to help me get the right size jeans for my wife. That kind of small touch really is what keeps a customer for life.

Customer service was excellent from the cashier,but disappointed the store or website doesn't carry a shirt I was highly interested in buying. But I found some good deals on slide ons.

This old Navy is big, and well staffed. I had no trouble finding what I wanted and help was around to ask questions. Items are well stocked of all sizes, also no I there. Much better situation than going to an Old Navy in a mall. Here you can actually received help and check out quickly.

Worse staff ever! Iam on crutches and the man on the register made me go to the back to show him the sale I was talking about! It said Flip flops $5 for two pairs, it happened that one of the pair I was buying was in the same rack but priced at $14. The man was mean when answering questions about the prices, this is one store when the customer is not always right! Clothes are ok, discounts are confusing.

Great store. Excellent prices on all their clothing and accessories. Very friendly staff, always willing to assist you. Ordering online is wonderful. Shipments arrive 2-3 days after ordering. Easily return items in store.

My favorite clothes store especially for my 5 grandkids. I love their PJ's...and buy many for the kids when they stay over and they are the best stocking stuffers and bday popups...they also have great and innovative tshirts for tweens and teens
