Good deals but not welcoming at all! And management too ! They cheat people and very rude ! A month ago I bought some sweaters for me and for my children and one week after went to the store and asked for adjustment because prices were already lower and it should be our rights so I asked for it and she said they do not do it, and then I said that I would return the items with my receipts and would buy them again and the staff went back to the office and got the manager with her, manager came and threatened me with no selling same items to me and she said when I come back to the store for those items she said that she knows me and she will never sell them to me !!!!! What is this ?? Can someone tell me please ??? Any person on top of her ?? This is ridiculous I have ever never seen before at any store !! I used to live in Florida and non of stores was making any problem with any issues if we had, it is so sad ..

Terrible customer service at register. Price CLEARLY said 40% off and they refused to honor price in a rude manner. Didn't bother to double check machine or sign. Kept repeating price like a monkey. Had have better service at a 99 cent store. STAY CLEAR of the lowlifes that work at this store. 0 stars.

Very good Tommy outlet store with friendly staffs, everything now is %50 off. They even accept Discover card deal code and give you extra 10% off when you use your Discover card.

They have good cloth but very costly .so I always prefer to go gap or US polo...if you have its card then they will give you discount...
