I usually don’t review but I had a rather confusing experience at this store and I wanted to warn any future customers of this location. The cashier at the store would not let me exchange or return an item I purchased online. The person that helped me kept telling me that the item I purchased was terrible quality and his store would never carry such an item. I’m glad he told me so I could switch from an exchange to a return (also never met a store associate who admitted their items were terrible quality). This made me a little concerned because the item I purchased was from Adidas just online. Why would there be a difference in quality? The cashier then went on and said that this store doesn’t do returns for online items. However, the patrons before me, father and daughter, returned an item from online. The difference was they printed the online reciept (I took a peek at their reciept while we were waiting in the cue). Additionally, I called the customer service ahead and they said that any Adidas store would be able to help me return or exchange. Why is there such a disconnect between online, in person, and customer service? I went to a different store and they allowed me to return my items without a fuss. This whole experience left a bad taste. I think I’ll save my time and money for a different store and brand.

Walked in wantin to buy some leggings for my lady friend and the manager decided she wanted to argue with me about what discounts I knew I could or could not use in the Adidas store that I personally work in…. I’ve been here a few times but just thought I’d leave my experience from this visit. I usually prefer not to argue with people about this kind of stuff in general in stores especially management. She tried to tell me what I was doing “was illegal”. If it was illegal to use a registered I’d me account while shopping at a 60 percent off clearance store then I would have lost my job already 🤣 I will give a shout to the other lady workin who helped us out, don’t know her name but big shout out to her.

Candy was a godsend this holiday season. She was patient and very helpful I had a list of 12 shoes I needed and she helped me to make substitution on sizes they didn't have available. Without her I would of never had made my purchase. She made sure I had all the right sizes, and gift receipts for each person. Thank you very much for your amazing customer service!

I have received such an unpleasant service at this store. I chose the shoes I really liked and went to look for a pair of socks that would match, I saw that there are only men socks at the cashier so went to the woman side. While standing next to the socks there the assistant came to me and asked not to walk around in the shoes that I was trying. I explained to him that I’m looking for matching socks, and meanwhile trying to feel if shoes are comfortable. He insisted that I could only walk on one side of the store, then another 2 people came and were also trying hard to explain how this shoes will get dirty if I walk in their own store!! I suggested them to clean their floor better so that customers could try the shoes and walk around while choosing more products to buy. Of course I left without buying anything even though I needed comfortable shoes urgently for upcoming trip.

This team is beyond unprofessional and unhelpful. They are more concerned with gossiping and chatting on the floor rather then helping the clients that drive their business and sales. I went in looking for a pair of shoes, as I have a difficult time finding because of my small size. The team did not greet me and they proceeded to carry on with side conversations. At the register I was assisted by an “assistant manager” named Jian, who was extremely unprofessional, and provided the lowest level of customer service and acted as if he could not be bothered looking up any of these items. The team should have a manager that leads by example in customer service and service aptitude not enable a culture of gossiping and poor service.

Lots of really great quality and well styled sneakers. Also a rather large selection of the Adidas brand action wear sports apparel. Large, interesting store in a shape of an "L" with entrances on each end. Lots of staff. A bit on the pricey side, but aren't they all nowadays.
